Incredible Customer Service and Quality Work!!!!! When you buy a brand new truck the last thing you want to have to do is deal with a body shop because your vehicle was sideswiped by a reckless driver. I quickly reached out to multiple GMC dealers seeking the best auto body shop and also visited a previously used body shop. After obtaining 4 quotes, Fix Auto provided the quickest, most thorough/comprehensive quote with photos of all the shops I visited. Although not the cheapest quote, Fix Auto made it an easy choice to use them for my repairs. The thoroughness of the quote made it easy to work with the opposing insurance company to get approval within an hour of submitting it. Claudia and all the staff I worked with provided exceptional service. The quote was spot on, factory parts ordered over the holidays came in quickly. Quoted repair time came in at exactly 3 weeks of the 3-4 weeks quoted with several updates from Claudia during the part order and repair process. Simply can't say enough about how please I am and if I have the unfortunate need to use them again I know exactly where I'll turn.

When my car was backed in to Fix made the process very easy. Minimal paperwork, just the required information, and got right to work. I assumed it would take a month or more but took just under 2 weeks to finish all of the repairs. Understanding that in my case, I’m not getting a 100% body refinishing, I definitely looks like it to me. I think Fix did a great job. Additionally, they gave me text updates along the way so I knew where my car was along the repair process. Very pleased with it all of their work and highly recommended if you are looking for a place to take your car to get “Fixed” (pun I tended).

I wanna say thank you to the shop they did an amazing job with my car and also great communication between us they kept me updated with everything that was happening and also huge shout out to Jose. He was the painter on our car and highly recommended the shop my car paint was a beauty thank you. They gave me an estimated time which was a long stretch they got back to me way faster. Any USAA member highly recommend the shop or any insurance that wants their car fix.
