Absolutely a 5 star experience! I brought in my Mazdaspeed3 which had body damage as well as very faded paint. What I got back seems like a brand new car off the showroom floor! On top of that, all of the employees are very kind, courteous, and professional.

I have always taken my BMW to Auto Body of Murrietta and have been extremely satisfied with their work. This last repair was no exception. Steven was a huge help to me with insurance issues and the process was seamless. My car was returned to me like new. They even washed and detailed it! I will never take my car anywhere else!!

Do you want your car in the shop for 3 months with no estimate of completion? Then go to Auto Body of Murrieta! I regret ever bringing my car to Auto Body of Murrieta. After a minor fender bender, my car has been stuck in their shop for OVER THREE MONTHS! I wish I were exaggerating. Despite this outrageous delay, they have provided no estimate of when it will be finished. The service here is abysmal. The receptionist is rude and unprofessional, and the person handling my repair doesn’t even bother returning my calls. To make matters worse, they wanted to spend the money from my insurance company BEFORE I even received an estimate—completely unacceptable behavior. Their constant excuse? “Shipping delays.” I could understand a delay of two or three weeks, heck maybe even four weeks. But claiming parts have been delayed for THREE MONTHS is absurd. Either they’re lying, disorganized, or both. Save yourself the frustration and take your vehicle anywhere else. Auto Body of Murrieta clearly doesn’t care about its customers or their time.

I would like to thank Auto body of Murrieta and the service they provide. I was hit in my rear bumper wich was not pleasant but choosing this place made my experience less stressful. With the help of Luis Magadan and the updates to my repairs and explanation of every detail that was done i can say I am happy with the rapirs and customer service they provide me with. I recommend this place to anyone who needs auto body repairs.

Top Notch Customer Service!! Worked With Corbin And The Manager, Luis Magadan. Very Professional & Provided Us With On Time Updates. Repair Time Was Quick And Easy And Quality Of Their Work Is Amazing, Used OEM Parts. Day Of Pick Up, Our Vehicle Was Washed And Given Back To Us On The Day Promised. Definitely Recommend Them!!

Only thing worse than having your car smashed into is when your car has less than 1,000 miles on it. Only thing i could think of was to call Mercedes-Benz of Temecula since it is where i purchased it. They recommend me to these guys and said they were without a doubt the shop to do the job. They were right! These guys returned my car to me like it was the day i drove it off the lot! And they were awesome through the whole process to top it off! I recommend them hands down!!!

This bonehead teen driver hit my wifes car and damaged her fog light and bumper. These guys did a great job. They ordered the bumper and sprayed it ahead of time. It only took one day for the repairs. Not bad. Two thumbs up from us. Highly recommended.
