Should have been 5 stars, the recall service was quick, did not even take me 30 minutes in the waiting area. The reason I gave only 4 star is because the service advisor that processed my appointment did not look very welcoming. I wished I just waited for Madison. Another thing was that they did not car washed my car when the job order says it should have been car washed. I’m starting to loose my trust with this dealership. Couple of oil changes ago, i think they did not add enough oil which gave me a low oil level warning before my next oil change is due.

I came in not knowing what my problem was or what to expect. I was given very polite and professional service. They figure out what my problem was and didn't even sell me extra things. They even fixed something on my car that was previously recalled like it was no problem. I will be back again, I felt seen and everything was understandable.
