Had a few different repairs done on our Toyota. Had to wait multiple days on parts was a shock. One repair on our window didn't go as well as expected from a dealership, window now leaks. Prices were higher than expected, especially compared to a Ford dealership I visit. Overall I would shop around for a better value. They did look into fixing the window a second time which is great. Unfortunately with no adjustments and parts discontinued there's nothing they can do.

I received a letter in the mail stating that the remedy for my recall is available. I set up an appointment for this purpose at the Inver Grove Location. A friend followed me there and then brought me back when I got the notice that it was done. Later I found out that the recall was not completed because they did not have the parts! Why wouldn't they contact me to cancel my appointment? What a waste of my time and my friend's time. That is inconsiderate and disrespectful.

I don’t like to those services they are laying a lot I was checking after they service my car the didn’t rotate the tires but the report say change when I complain and the photos evidence the manager give to me 50 bucks for the next service discount that is fun please check before your leave the service area what the order that is my recommendation. When you go to by appointment the take over 2:30 for simple service and when ask them why is not coming my car they don’t wann give you answer even if my friend is not coming by appointment we are reaching the same our and the same service but he is 30 minutes ahead take his car so surprise the lady try to yelling me the manager is not do any thing may be she is he boss
