My wife and I were in search of a new vehicle for our growing family. Our experience at this Honda location was great! Jason P was the gentleman who helped us and walked us through the whole purchase process. He made sure to show us all the details of the vehicle that made it the perfect choice for us. The purchase process can be long. But, he made sure it was as smooth as possible! He purchased us lunch while we waited and everything. We don’t plan on buying a new car for a long time. But, because of Jason, we will definitely come back here when it is that time for us again.

The so-called “advisors” will just pretend that they know everything and customers are just dumb. I brought in to check my steering wheel’s problem which they outright denied and told me if I had an accident with the car. This is the stupidest conversation I ever had with anyone. Another honda service in my area identified the problem (which happens to be a very well-known/common problem in Civic/CRV) the very next day and did acknowledge and fix the issue under Honda warranty. I chose Inver Grove Honda service because I had a good experience with their sales team. But they should do something about the service “advisors”. Because this is the second time I experienced such behavior. Another time, I brought my car in to check the drivers side mirror vibrating on high speed (which also is a common issue with CRV and other models). The advisor was like “I am dealing with cars for more than 30 years” and belittled me as if I know nothing about cars. He was like “Jon Doe can have lots of complaints on NHTSA bla bla, but those are garbage, I don’t see an issue”. I even showed him video evidence of the problem. Upon returning the car he mentioned there is no problem with the mirrors but he did dial his tone down and said “we saw such behaviors in Pilot/Passports, please bring it back if it continues to happen”. So, if you have to fix your overconfidence/proudness/tone, then why be such a pretentious know-it-all jerk in the first place? This shop must teach some of their advisors professionalism.
