I would highly recommend her for anyone. Everyone in the service department was really nice and caring. I can't wait to take my car in for my second service. The wife's Nissan Rogue developed a leak between the engine and transmission. Long story short, after the correct parts arrived, it went back together smoothly. A big shout out to Scott, the mechanic, and MO H., the general manager. She is happy, the Rogue looks and drives like new. So Thank You Castrucci Nissan! Definitely recommend.

They have taken care of my car the times I have needed to bring it in. They have high attention to detail as well. Andrew Heller the Service Advisor there is knowledgeable and has always done right by me.

I received service for an oil leak and faulty thermometer. I had to return the vehicle immediately after the service center released the car to me after being “repaired”. My car’s oil leak was worse than when I brought it in. Now, my check engine light is on.

Brought my Nissan here to address a persistent misfire code. After keeping the vehicle for a month and running through every test known to man, they told me I needed a new engine. I did not need a new engine. Chris, my assigned service advisor, ensured me that their very best mechanic was working tirelessly on finding the problem. Not only was the tech unable to figure out the issue - my vehicle ran far worse after they worked on it. I discovered multiple loose bolts, severed hoses, missing clamps, and a general lack of care throughout the vehicle. This service department is untrustworthy, incompetent, and in my experience, blatant liars.
