Their inspection fee to diagnose problems is very reasonable compared to dealership fee. Highly recommend this friendly family company. Will return for other services.

My family absolutely loves Dixon Automotive. They are honest, and trustworthy. Paul has taken time to explain and show me on my vehicle the issue and how things work under the hood. I love the digital inspection report. The photos show you what they're talking about, and why each item is important. I attached some of the photos from my recent visit. I am so happy for the company to have successfully opened a second location! Most recently, the first location didn't have availability for my same day car service, but the new location did. I cannot recommend this business enough.

The service at Dixons Automotive is top notch! Prices on the high side but better than a dealership. Taking my car to Dixons I always have peace in mind that the service is done right for my Volkswagen!

We had an excellent experience at Dixon’s Automotive! Paul was extremely helpful by taking repeated calls and doing the research needed to install rear camber shims in our Tesla model s Plaid to eliminate the inner tire excessive wear. Once the shims arrived, he worked me in the next day. Chris did an excellent job with the installation and 4 wheel alignment! The car rides nice and straight, and the tires are not rolling on the inside edges anymore. It was a fair price for a job that I couldn’t find another shop to do. Known Issue: Teslas go through rear tires prematurely due to the camber setup that’s not adjustable. You can spend $1000+ on adjustable arms, or use shims to add positive degrees to the stock setup to level your wheels to achieve even tire wear. Dixon’s Automotive can do both. Keynote, they will research the job before turning you away because you own a Tesla.
