Super happy with my experience. I accidentally scheduled for the wrong Mazda location but they still took my appointment. Washer and vacuumed car with oil change service. Very friendly staff. Lots of waiting area room. Also sent a video of the inspection of my car which I鈥檝e never had before and thought that was an excellent touch for customer service! Highly recommend

This was our first time having our CX5 serviced at this location and it certainly will not be the last. The reception to the relinquishing of our vehicle was absolutely fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful ( despite me being a Michigan fan馃槅) If I could give Ten Stars I would.

I was very impressed with the service department. Shelby, who checked me in, was very courteous, made sure I knew where the waiting areas were and checked on me to make sure I had everything I needed. Devin, my service tech, did a very thorough inspection of my car on the video (much more than I鈥檝e seen at other dealerships) and pointed out areas of concern. The required repairs were done and my car is back in good shape.

I thought I just needed to get a basic 50,000 mile service, including an oil change and tire rotation, and a replacement tweeter in my sound system. But instead, I was advised to get 2 speakers, front and rear break pads and rotors, a new engine drive belt, and air filters for the engine and driver/passenger compartments, and an oil change and tire rotation...at 4x my originally planned expenditures. Yikes! 馃槷 But...I was glad to know about it, and I bought the whole package. It was presented to me as an almost immediate necessity, rather than an immediate necessity. But, sure as s***, if I'd have waited until it was drop-dead-right now, other wear and tear would probably have made it even more costly, and I may not be as well prepared financially tomorrow as I am today. Times they are a-changing. I was glad to know, and glad to be ready. And now, my car drives and sounds like a brand new car. It was a lot of work, excellently done.
