Got a flat so I went to them on Saturday and given the late time of day I went ahead and scheduled service for 10:30am on Sunday. Got there at 10:15 and it took over an hour for 1 tire. Which seems excessive but whatever. Then about 2 miles out of the lot my car starts making a terrible sound and there’s clearly some manner of loud rhythmic rubbing coming from the tire that was replaced so I immediately pull over and check the new tire. There was only 1 lug tightened. The other 3 were barely on there. The added bonus is that one of the lugs that wasn’t tightened down was a super rusted clearly very old lug nut that wasn’t on my car prior to taking it to them for service. They obviously rotated at least one of the other tires as one might expect as the original flat tire was the front passenger side and the new tire was installed on the rear passenger side. So I checked another wheel and 2 more lugs were only finger tight. I will under no circumstances ever utilize their services for any reason. DO NOT go there. One star because you can’t leave no stars or what deserves -5 stars.

Best and quickest diagnostics I've ever gotten! Told me everything that was wrong with my Yukon, and didn't pressure me to get it done that same day. As a single female that's my biggest fear when going to any auto body/service shop. The staff was polite, professional, and respectful.

Jared made sure I not only got all my car's problems addressed at a reasonable price, but got me an easy $100 rebate, 6 months same as cash. This let me get all the repairs done TODAY and still stick to our monthly budget. Been coming to this location for years and have been treated well. If they have made a mistake, they owned up and fixed it. That counts for a lot in my book.
