I cannot say enough good things about Shawn and his team at Brownie’s in Miamisburg. He quoted me on a new transmission replacement and walked me through multiple options. I ended up opting to forgo a replacement and buy a new car, but he worked with me and the dealer to have the car picked up and taken to auction. The team at IT was fantastic to work with. They helped walk me through the repair process and my portions for upgrading stock parts during the repair process. Thankfully, the repair ended up being minor and instead of getting a huge bill, they walked me through the issue and handled things in an incredibly generous manner that was more than I would have expected. I’ve had several pleasant experiences at brownies. They did a fantastic job replacing my transmission in my Jeep. I had to return because there was air in my clutch line. Transmission was slipping on our ‘99 Dodge Ram 2500. Took it to Brownies Independent Transmission shop, and they did an outstanding job. We needed essentially an entire transmission rebuild, and these guys handled our older truck with a level of care and professionalism that’s difficult to find these days. Prices seemed very fair for the amount of work they did. Some of the best money we ever spent on this truck honestly. Transmission running as good as new, and we’re very happy with our experience at Brownies.
