My BMW had suffered damage from a hit and run. Exceptional quality of work with all original BMW parts and customer service. Keeping me informed during the process was ok, but, it could have been a bit better. Picking my car up I ran into trouble that delayed me. Josh patiently and politely waited for me over an hour after closing time! He refused a tip! I had to almost force him to accept it. I highly recommend them!

Repair appears to be good. Estimate provided in early June. Car dropped off late July. Took additional 6+ weeks for repair (nothing structural beyond replacing 1impact beam). Got call saying car was done. It wasn’t. The Front end collision sensor had not been calibrated. Hard to miss as it’s barking at you on dash… yet they said car was ready for pick up. Had to call my ride to come back and waited 3 more days. Never once during 6+ weeks was I contacted for an update on work or ETA of completion. I’d called for ETA approx 4 weeks in and call was disconnected when I attempted to get more detail. You might have a better experience If you’re not driving something manufactured in Germany. Again, work looks good (so 2 stars for getting it fixed). I won’t be back and can’t recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about Nyk, Anthony & the entire crew at Loid's. My insurance co directed me to Loid's for repairs and shortly after said they wouldnt pay for the coverage originally discussed. After being in a traumatic experience on the freeway before going out of town on a road trip (2 passenger tires down & rim damage plus front & passenger body damage), then having to fight for benefits I pay for, plus get a rental car, it was all mentally and financially exhausting. Nyk walked me through what was needed for my car, made recommendations regarding safety issues, advised me how to proceed, and helped clarify the damages to insurance for me to get the claim covered correctly. The crew at Loid's, from inspecting and storing my car, through repairs and the final buff, clean and detail by Anthony, went over and above any service I've ever received for any vehicle I've owned. When I would have accepted my car as complete (I didn't expect them to match 5yo paint perfectly) they self identified making it better and did it in the original timeframe promised. I would recommend Loid's for any service they offer, and will only take my vehicles there from now on. I wish they would take any thank you gift I offered, but all were refused and I was told "It's our job to provide this kind of service." You can't ask for better.

Loid’s is the best body shop in town. If you have a nice car and want it fixed correctly. This is your place. These guys take pride in their work. I have trusted them with my GT3, M5 and Range Rover. All were fixed to new quality. Highly recommend.

Loids was recommended to me by Audi of ABQ, and I am glad I took their recommendation. My 2024 Audi S5 was in an accident with a small animal on the freeway, that did external bumper damage, and a large amount of internal damage to the cooling system, AC unit, and radar sensor among other things. I had my car towed to Loid’s, and it was exactly 1 month from when it got there to being fully repaired, much faster than originally quoted. A decent amount of that time was spent waiting for the insurance to approve the claims. It looks just as good as new, and they used all OEM parts with a lifetime warranty. Shannon did a great job working with my insurance company to get them to cover as much of the damage as possible, and keeping me up to date with the progress of repairs and insurance claims. She really made the process go much smoother than I anticipated. If you have a nice foreign made car that needs repair work, I highly recommend going with Loids.
