Liberty Ford Brunswick Service Introduce

Liberty Ford Brunswick Service, located at 3101 Center Rd, Brunswick, OH 44212, USA, operates within the "Auto Repair Stations" platform category, suggesting it provides various automotive maintenance and repair services for Ford vehicles. To offer local users a detailed introduction, it's crucial to analyze the available customer reviews, which, in this case, present a consistent and concerning account of a service appointment.

Based on the provided feedback, specific details about the physical environment of Liberty Ford Brunswick Service are not mentioned. However, as a service department associated with a Ford dealership, one might typically expect a professional setting with service bays equipped for vehicle maintenance and repair, along with a customer waiting area. The focus of the review is primarily on the service interaction and the accuracy of information provided to the customer.

The services that the customer intended to utilize included a windshield ding repair and the 20,000-mile maintenance package (referred to as the "Works" package in the appointment verification). This indicates that Liberty Ford Brunswick Service does offer standard vehicle maintenance services according to the manufacturer's recommendations. However, the central issue of the review revolves around the service that the dealership explicitly claims they do not provide: windshield repair. This discrepancy highlights a significant problem in their service information and scheduling process.

The primary feature that emerges from the customer's experience is a severe lack of accurate service information and potentially inadequate staff training. The customer explicitly called twice to verify that windshield repair was a service offered and was assured both times that it was, with a two-hour timeframe given for the completion of both the repair and the maintenance. This suggests a breakdown in communication or a lack of knowledge among the staff regarding the actual services provided at this location. The fact that the appointment verification text only listed the maintenance package and not the windshield repair should have been a trigger for closer scrutiny by the service staff when the customer called to verify.

Upon arriving for the scheduled appointment, having taken a day off work specifically for these services, the customer was informed that Liberty Ford Brunswick Service does not, and has never, repaired windshields. They were then directed to contact another company for this service. This complete contradiction of the information provided during two prior phone calls is a major failure in customer service and reflects poorly on the dealership's communication and training protocols.

The customer's decision to cancel the maintenance appointment due to the primary reason for the visit (windshield repair) being invalid further underscores the negative impact of the misinformation. The review strongly criticizes the dealership's training as "incompetent" and raises a serious concern about potential deceptive practices ("at worst, employees are told to get customers by any means necessary"). The lack of accountability or repercussions for the misinformation that led to the customer losing a day of pay is also a significant point of criticism.

The provided information does not include any details about promotional offers at Liberty Ford Brunswick Service. Dealership service departments often have promotions on routine maintenance services, parts, or seasonal specials. However, in light of the serious issues raised in the customer review regarding service information accuracy, any potential promotional offers would be overshadowed by the fundamental need for reliable and truthful communication with customers.

In conclusion, the customer review for Liberty Ford Brunswick Service presents a concerning picture regarding the accuracy of service information and the training of their staff. While they do offer standard Ford vehicle maintenance services, the explicit misinformation provided about windshield repair, a service they claim to never offer, resulted in significant inconvenience and lost time for the customer. This lack of accurate information and accountability raises serious questions about the reliability of their customer service and communication processes. Local users considering this service center should be aware of these issues and may want to exercise caution and verify the availability and details of any services they require directly and perhaps seek confirmation in writing to avoid similar experiences. The review serves as a strong cautionary tale about the importance of accurate information and proper training in auto repair service centers.

For Ford owners in Brunswick, OH, considering service at Liberty Ford, the provided customer review highlights a significant issue with the accuracy of service information provided by their staff. While routine maintenance services are likely offered, the explicit misinformation regarding windshield repair raises serious concerns about the reliability of their communication and training. Local users are strongly advised to thoroughly verify the availability and details of any services they require directly with the service department and perhaps seek written confirmation to avoid potential inconvenience and wasted time. It may also be prudent to consider other Ford service centers or reputable auto repair stations in the Brunswick area that have a more reliable track record for accurate information and customer service.

Liberty Ford Brunswick Service Customer Reviews

I made an appointment to get a ding in my windshield repaired. I also added the 20,000 mile maintenance. When I received the appointment verification text, it only had the "Works" package under the appointment details. So I called again and VERIFIED that they could fix my windshield. I was told that the windshield repair was in the comments section and everything would take about 2 hours. I took a day off of work and arrived at my appointment. They told me that they do not repair windshields at all, ever, and that I needed to call another company (they gave me a number). I was also told that the person I spoke to TWICE was new and didn't know the services they offered. I cancelled the appointment for the maintenance since that wasn't the primary reason for getting service. At best, their training is incompetent. At worst, employees are told to get customers by any means necessary. How hard is it to ASK someone if you don't know the answer? Especially since I called twice to verify they could repair the windshield. No accountability, no repercussions. There's nothing I can do about losing a day of pay except to never give them my business again for anything.

Shortly after taking my 2004 Tbird in for the "Works" my car overheated and needed to be towed to another shop. It was discovered that the radiator hose was not attached to the engine and the hose clamp was loose and hanging. I 100% blame Liberty Ford Brunswick for not tightening the clamp properly.

Hey, Im just agreeing with all the others. They simply do not care about you. Especially the Super Duty facility in the industrial PKWY. They Did my coolant flush with a garden hose, (THEN) refused to take cash forcing me to drive out of my way for my change. Top notch customer service there! 馃憤 I wish I could give 0 stars.

Dropped my car off around 5-20-2024, for a total engine replacement. they had it in their possession until 7-3-2024, telling me EVERY THURSDAY, that it would be ready for pick up early to mid next week. Was charged over $900.00 on top of my warranty, Finally get the car back, engine light comes on within 50 miles of driving it, fast forward to last Thursday, 9-26-24, with a total of 4,736 miles on the replacement motor, I had a complete engine failure. Throughout this entire time, I NEVER received any service records of what they did, despite asking multiple times, on multiple occasions. They either did not do the work they said they did, or did it so poorly that the repair didn't even last 5000 miles. I want my money back, or a new motor.

To leave a 2 star review means that this place has disappointed me in a few ways... first, when I called in and asked the parts the department if they had radius bolt arm bolts for an early 2000 ford van, they told me that they don't work on vans and told me to call Ganley because they were going to be closing soon and Ganley would be open later. So I decided to stop by since I wasn't too far and when I got there, Ganleys parts department was already closed yet Liberty ford was still open...
