Great products with good safety records. Wonderful sales experience with Patrick Kanieski. Great finance experience with Bill. The service department is easy to make appts and efficient in regular maintenance .

I have been increasingly disappointed with the quality of service at this Subaru location. The work quality has significantly declined, and I find myself returning multiple times for the same issue, which should be straightforward to fix. Additionally, securing an appointment within a reasonable timeframe has become very challenging. Service advisors rarely return my calls, making the entire experience frustrating.

Took my car there for a wheel bearing ,oil change, and tire rotation. Wheel bearing great, oil change great, tire rotation they left all the drivers side lugnuts loose. Not great.

Oil change,tire rotation,carwash but parking for customers was full of snow and ice nobody shoveled or salted almost slipped several times. That's just walking to and from building.

Our second lease from here and definitely recommend this dealership. I am far from having fun when I'm spending a lot money so they made me feel a little relaxed....Nick Hoffa was awesome to work with. Not only did he deal with my indecisiveness, but he helped us download our app for our phone! Deal was already done and signed but he spent extra time with us and made sure we had it working before we left. He also made sure we came up with a deal we were happy with. Love my new "wild girl"!

I have never experienced such horrible service as I did with the service provided at Brunswick Subaru. My car was taken in due to all interior lights, radio, dashboard not shutting down after car was turned off. They had the car for 20 days with no update reported to me. Anytime I would call, John would say they can’t figure it out and they are working on it. I finally went in person to check and was told the same thing. I was talked to like I was the one being impatient. However, the very next day I was called back and told me it was ready. All they did was reset the codes without finding out the underlying problem because in two weeks it had to go back for the same thing. I believe the car sat there for 20 days with no one working on it and they half-assed it because I showed up in person. We took it back after it did the same thing. This time they had it for a whole month. Thirty days! Again, never any updates. When I would call and leave messages, no one would call me back. Again had to go in person and lo and behold, it got “fixed” within a couple of days. They said they replaced what was broken. Again, in a couple of weeks, it was doing the same thing . When I called them to get all service records on the car and told them I was now going elsewhere, because their customer service, service on the car was horrible, all I got was “oh sorry to hear that. We will email you the records.” I went to Subaru in North Olmsted and they had it solved and back to me within two days. They actually did a whole diagnostic check on the car and treated me with the most utmost respect. Brunswick Subaru was terrible and I would never suggest anyone take their car there for repairs. Horrible!!!!!!!

I used to appreciate how accommodating this service department was to me as a Deaf customer, but unfortunately, that seems to have changed. I texted the service director, Mike, on March 3 and again last Thursday, but I have yet to receive any response. Clear and accessible communication is essential, and it’s disappointing to be ignored after they previously made an effort. If accessibility is no longer a priority here, that’s something future customers should be aware of.
