Nick and Elaine were an amazing help when we needed it most. Purchasing a used Toyota and needed it to be inspected for us last minute as we drove down from up north. Not only did they squeeze us in at the end of the night but Nick made sure we had every detail we needed to make the right choice on our vehicle. He was very professional and kind. If we lived in the area we would return regularly because of Nick and Elaine’s thorough work.

Back in November i was on a trip from Vermont to Oklahoma. About 11 hours into my trip my battery light came on and my altenator failed in my Tundra. I have taken that truck on numerous trips to the midwest and back over the years without any major issues whatsoever. A true testament to the Toyota Tundra, which mine now has over 370,000 miles, All that being said, i was basically in big trouble on the highway because the battery was failing fast. I stopped and put a new battery in it hoping it was a bad battery, nope, not it, was the altenator. I found Brunswick Toyota about 40 miles from where i was breaking down, Hoping i could get there on the new battery and the jump pack i always carry with me i started for Brunswick Toyota, Mind you, this was Saturday and I had no idea if they would even be open or even be able to help me, I was from outta town and in a bad situation. I pulled into their dealership and they were in fact there and their service team was open, hurdle one crossed. From there after talking to the service manager and a couple of their guys that work at Brunswick Toyota they told me not to worry and that they thought they could get me up and running. Well, that was an understatement, Those guys went above and beyond for me. so much so that i was choked up, not gonna lie. If I had not found these people and this particular service crew and their managers in particular I really believe I would not have gotten fixed until at least on Monday. The Brunswick Toyota service crew pulled my truck in and worked it tirelessly until it was done. I pulled in at 9 and they were done by 4. That may seem like a long time, however, the job was not an easy one as many pieces and parts had to come out and go back in to be completed. Now as I am sitting there thinking.......while my truck is being fixed........,this is going to cost me a fortune. It did not!!!! I not going to discuss what they charged me or the labor but I can tell you for a fact that the hourly labor rate which could have been charged was not and i even got a break on the parts needed. For what these people did the charge was ridiculously cheap. I know they realized my plight, had me over a barrel but instead of hammering me for everything they could get, they did not. In fact it was the opposite. They gave me a gift and i am forever grateful to have found these people and all I can say is a huge heartfelt thank you!! Its hard to put into words what they did meant to me but they saved my trip and treated me like a human being. What that service crew did is unheard of and they deserve all the credit in the world for being top notch and even more than that......class acts and a model business for every other dealership to follow. When I am in the market for a new Tundra I will absolutely reach out to Brunswick Toyota. I only wish i lived closer to them. They'd have my business anytime I needed anything. I highly recommend Brunswick Toyota and their service crew especially for any of your car buying or fixing needs. 5 stars. 10 outta 10. Thank you again guys, means the world. Tom LaVictoire

Fast service, lots of area in waiting room with an area for me to work on my computer, also noticed area with kids activities. Mike was my service advisor and got me in & out super quick. This was my first service since purchasing across the street from Brunswick VW. Will definitely be returning!

Brought my truck in for 2 recalls. They addressed my concerns without hesitation. The gentleman who I believe is the owner cared deeply about customer service. I'm very happy. I will be back.

Always a great experience with Mike Callahan the service advisor. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, and makes me feel valued as a customer. Mike is the reason that I trust this service center with my Lexus. My vehicle is always taken care of efficiently and correctly.
