Brunswick Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM Service & Parts Center

My jeep had a low battery warning light yesterday. I called service no answer. Today I drove in to see if they would at least do a diagnostic. The service guy claimed they were too busy to do a quick check and his machine wouldn’t tell him if it was my battery or alternator. At least North Olmsted Jeep service center called me back and offered to run a diagnostic. I wish I hadn’t wasted what little power the battery had left going here and drove to North Olmsted Jeep instead. Jeep broke down at the side of the road, all my electronics went wacky and I ended up having to call roadside assistance. Disappointing service experience considering I got an oil change there just a month ago.

I waited more than a month for an appointment to have the oil changed on my Ram Truck. I left the vehicle overnight and was charged $277.51 for the privilege of an oil change. When the truck was returned to me, it had not been washed or vacuumed. If I'd wanted a "5 Minute Oil Change" experience I could have had it done immediately at a fraction of the cost. Needless to say this will my first and last visit to Brunswick Auto Mart Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM Service!

My 2017 chrysler 300 awd broke down on my way to work. Was repaired in 2 days. Medina auto mall told me I could not get serviced until the 25 of june. Brunswick auto mart got me in and out in 2 days. They will get my new car business in the future. They earned it. Also totally satisfied with the repair.

Poor service all around. Misidentifying issues, failure to find other issues. Left my Jeep there for four days. When they called to report what service was needed, it didn't address the issue I brought it in for. Took it to a local mechanic, he identified a broken oil filter housing, which they some how missed. Local mechanic's quote was far less for the other service they quoted. I call their service line they consistently push me to a voicemail, which has not been returned in several days. If I could rate them lower I would.
