I was very satisfied with Lexus San Diego. Mike Cain is very personable and very professional, and I trust his judgment when deciding to repair my car. Mike is a good listener and does everything he can to accommodate my needs. If you had three or four more Mike Cane’s, your business would increase and customer satisfaction would be off the charts… well done to Mike and his team.

I made my appointment for a maintenance, and everything went so smoothly. Waited there for about an hour and a half. There is a guest lounge with complimentary wifi, coffee and snacks. My service advisor was Michael Cain, he was very attentive and straightforward about the service I was getting. Overall, I had great experience.

Ease of the entire process is good. My service agent was courteous. The loaner car was great. However sometimes a quick tutorial on features would be nice. The technology changes so quickly

The service advisor was attentive to all of our needs. They made sure that we got our Rent-A-Car and we were out of the facility very quickly. Our car was completed in a reasonable amount of time. And they showed us a video of everything that was done prior to letting us know to come and pick it up.

Service here was great and I really appreciated ride share offer. I came for a regular 70K service and got recommendation for wheels alignment after technician found excessive tire wear. My car is much smoother now after the alignment.

even though my car is older, they still treated my car very well and went above and beyond! i got my dash replaced and everything looks great. 10/10 in all aspects. customer service was great & krystina was great to work with! they also kept their word on the quote i was quoted! inspecting my car even though i didn’t ask for it leveled up the experience.

I have a 2014 is250 which needed the tire pressure sensors replaced. I'm a senior and I need to keep the tire pressure on my tires at the correct number. I called to make an appointment and they were able to take within 1 day. I even had to take it in earlier and they were able to me. Lauren did a wonderful job explaining to me what needed to be done and how long it might take. The best thing was that they gave me a loaner to drive home. I had great service and everyone was very professional. Thank you.

Went in for my maintenance appointment and had the smoothest process. The process of getting a loaner was very fast and got my car back in 2 days. All the workers were really accommodating and made the process very seamless. There’s some construction going on but can’t wait to see it when its done!

For the last 9 years the service at Lexus San Diego has been outstanding, Marco Martinez has been my service advisor through all these years and he has been a pleasure to work with. Thank for the great service my RX450h is running great and when is time to get a new car I will probably will purchase the same SUB just the updated model

I have all good things to say about my experience at Lexus of San Diego. I want to recognize Kelsea for her welcoming smile and her initiative to expedite whatever is necessary for my service. I then want to recognize Angelica for taking the time to answer questions regarding my new car and surprising me with a very clean car. I want to give a huge compliment to Kyler, the senior tech specialist. He spent so much time to problem solve an issue and explained what he was trying. He did this over two days! Very impressed! Five stars to each of you!!
