The lady at the front parts desk was courteous and very helpful. So was James. I ordered a key for my 1973 Mercedes 450SL from Texas. Not only did the key arrive on time but it actually worked!! The facilities are spotless and beautiful. Very much a pleasure to visit MB of San Diego.

The crew at the Sprinter Service desk has been exceptionally helpful and outstanding. I have been bringing my 2011 van in for service for the past four years now. During the last service visit they identified a problem with a previous repair. They could have easily charged me for this, as no one would have known. Jimmy and the technicians explained the situation and MB covered the cost for the repair. This example of integrity and ethical business practices was so very admirable. I can’t explain how grateful I am for the honesty and dedication to doing ‘the right thing’. Thank you guys. Much appreciated, and you have cemented our long term relationship. Thanks again.

My service advisor, Ross Benson, has been really easy to work with. He took care of my car, especially the areas that I pointed out during my routine service appointment. At this time Ross had a family emergency, but was still supportive and kept in touch with the status of my car. There was a small incident with my car’s gas tank door that was supposed to be adjusted per my request. I’m not 100% satisfied with the current adjustment, but, everything else has been easy and my car runs great. :)

I purchased my Mercedes Benz in Newport Beach and drove it back down to SD. Within 2 hours of my purchase, I picked up a nail. The very next day, I took my vehicle in to Mercedes Benz of San Diego, where I was met by Mr. Alex Teeter, in the Service Dept. Alex smoothed everything out and reassured me that I would my “German Lady, Mila” back by the morning (Only because he had to order the special tire 🛞). And just just like clockwork, my car was ready in the morning, with enough time for me to make it to my Jazz Concert in Seal Beach, Ca!! Thank you Alex and SD Mercedes Benz Service Team for exceptional service across the board!!!

I would like to commend Mike Romano for his service. He is friendly and made me feel comfortable. The mechanic was very thorough and detailed. My car’s problems were addressed and repairs were explained properly. The crew who handling my care pickup were courteous.

Enzo and Kennedy are amazing. I think I already filled out one of these but it’s worth repeating. They make me feel like the most important customer and even part of their family. Of course, it helps that I’m such a nice guy and that I brought in a $300,000 SLS roadster. 😉 There were problems getting a key fob set up and so the service manager gave it to me for free because the fob wouldn’t initiate the push button ignition but It could be used in the ignition or you have to turn the fob. Very grateful. Unfortunately, it just recently got totaled but my son was not hurt. What was more unfortunate was that the guy’s insurance Didn’t have enough coverage and so I’m Only getting $185,000 back and I paid 245. Oh well, numbers on paper. I’ll definitely get another one but I will increase my uninsured motorist amount to $300,000, at least. 🙄 Thanks guys! Also, Enzo and Kennedy need huge raises and extra time off. 😉 🥰 Hugs, Joey

I recently brought my car into the Mercedes-Benz dealership in San Diego after the check engine light came on, and I had a great experience. The team was professional and welcoming from the start. Technician Adrian Curiel handled everything with incredible speed and efficiency, he diagnosed and repaired the problem much faster than I expected. It’s rare to find that level of service and quick turnaround these days. Definitely left feeling confident and well taken care of. Thank you guys. :)
