Best bodyshop to get your car fixed. They do an amazing job and are fast and efficient. They communicate well and give updates in a timely manner. I highly recommend that everyone use Crash Champions for any car repairs. They helped ease the process with my insurance. Alberto was great and went far beyond what I expected. Extremely Frustrating Experience I brought my Tesla to Crash Champions for repairs, and while they did fix the initial issue, the overall experience has been incredibly disappointing. When I picked up the car, I noticed strange oil stains on the black leather interior door panel that won’t come out. Even worse, they damaged the steering wheel. They acknowledged it and promised to fix it, but said someone would be in touch. It’s been two months, and despite calling multiple times, we just keep getting the same response: “Someone will call you.” No one ever does. To make matters worse, we later discovered damage to the top panel of the car near the windshield, where wires are now exposed. We haven’t even been able to report this because we can’t get anyone to take responsibility or follow up. This has been an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience. We expected better, especially from a shop certified to work on Teslas. If you care about your vehicle and peace of mind, I’d think twice before bringing your car here.
