BMW of San Diego Service and Parts

After a frustrating experience with another BMW dealership, I took my car to BMW of San Diego, and I have to say, I was genuinely impressed. I wasn’t expecting much—my previous encounter had left me with a poor impression of the BMW brand, and I’d begun to doubt the "BMW experience" I’d heard so much about. But BMW of San Diego completely changed that. From the moment I arrived, the professionalism and kindness of the team stood out. The service department greeted me warmly as I pulled in, and the level of communication I received was exceptional. My service advisor, Jayson, was a pleasure to work with. He followed through on everything he promised, kept me updated every step of the way, and ensured my car was serviced and ready within the day. The entire experience was exactly what I had hoped for from a BMW dealership, and it truly lived up to the brand’s reputation. Even though it’s a bit out of my way, I’ll be returning to BMW of San Diego for all future service needs. I can’t recommend this dealership enough.

Jayson Delacruz was amazing from start to finish…his exceptional customer service and assistance made me much comfortable to leave my vehicle. He was very communicative, patient and again VERY helpful. I’m hoping to NEVER go back to the other location. Thank you Jayson again for being so great.

It’s all about the people! Marcelino was terrific to work with. He’s super thorough. He worked quickly with our extended warranty company for their approval. I was in his hands and he came through! He was very communicative.

Great professionalism and service as to be expected from a BMW dealership. Love the feature of the service tech recording a short video of services performed and explanation from the source! Non-warranty work at dealers can be expensive but going the extra mile like this makes it more feasible.

I highly recommend service manager Caroline Cook. She's knowledgeable and personable. I feel I can contact her anytime with any questions I have about my vehicle. I have an older BMW and I trust that she will be honest about what absolutely needs fixing and she will do her best to get me the best price possible.

The most pleasant experience when your car needs service. From the wonderful advisors, inviting facilities, and the best loaner vehicles for our convenience. They even do a very detailed video of their inspection. Just amazing!

My First time at this dealership. My car was brought in due to transmission issues. My service writer David was fantastic. A bit hard at times to get a hold of him, but I understood and once he did call me he was Very thorough . I live in Arizona but visit SD often. I would definitely consider bringing my car in for service Permanently

I always receive first clsss service at BMW of San Diego. I appreciate the loaners and Lyft rides and the checklist completed by the service tech. along with his video documenting what he's talking about. I always feel good about my car after bringing it to them for service. Nothing has been overlooked. In the time since I first posted this review nothing has changed. Still very happy with the service and the inspection reports.

We were very pleased with our experience. The vehicle inspection and diagnostic testing were comprehensive and appropriately priced. Chris Levy was very professional and did an amazing job keeping us well informed throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!
