I haven't been here yet, but after reading another review, I think I'll ask them for my car care needs in the future. Hearing that they charge for diagnostics and won't just patch things up only to fail again in a year or less is encouraging. An AC is sensitive, and if it gets contaminated, it needs multiple parts replaced for a quality repair. Hearing all this makes me have confidence in their work. I'll see you folks when service time arrives.

Shout out to LaVerne's for doing the hard jobs no one else wants to do. My truck now steers, stops, and most importantly, is quiet. 1979 Ford Broncos are hard to find parts for these days but they got it done for me. Thank you!

I can't say enough about these guys. First time user, a forever satisfied customer. From the time I walked into the office door and met with these people I knew they were something special. When I picked up my auto, I was so pleased that what I asked for, which was no small job, was completed to Better than New specifications. They are very knowledgeable in so many areas of master mechanics. I will be back. In fact, I went back the next day to thank them again for their service. After their unfortunate fire, they are work hard at trying to catch up turn around times. To me, it's all worth the wait. be patient, give them the time, you won't be disappointed. Tony Cinelli

I have heard good things about LaVerne's, so I don't want to knock them too much. They have a beautiful facility and friendly staff. However....most places will check out your vehicle and give you a quote for free. Not LaVerne's. They charged my daughter almost $100 just to check out what the problem was with her A/C, then gave her a very inflated total price for if she were to have her car fixed there. My husband and my son and daughter had already priced out the part needing to be changed, and the total amount quoted was $700-$800 higher than the part cost. I get it that companies need to charge for labor, but $700-$800? If you get your vehicle fixed at LaVerne's, be prepared to pay an arm and a leg for it. We will never go there again for service.

First time in taking a vehicle to LaVerne's. I scheduled an oil change with James for 7:15 AM and asked if he can have me out by 8:00 AM. I was on the road at 7:50 AM. Excellent service, great price and a promise kept! FIVE STARS!! Highly recommend!

The guys here are very helpful and knowledgeable. They're always great to work with, and they have reasonable prices. I would 100% recommend them, especially if you're dealing with some electrical issues in your vehicle.

They do a great job working on vehicles, prices are very reasonable compared to most places nearby.
