I got new tires less than 2 weeks before my visit and on my way home hit a large metal object and it sliced the sidewall. Thankfully I had the Certificates on my tires and was back on the road less than two hours after my arrival. Good stuff here.

Treated like royalty when I walked in and they fixed my flat in less than an hour. I booked an appointment online the day before and they honored it and did a great job. Been buying tires here for 40 years and will continue.

I went on a Saturday morning. They were swamped and asked me to leave the tire that needed repaired, and told me that they would work me in if I came back in the afternoon, but left the bad tire with them. When I came back, they told me that they would put me at the end of the line and it would be an hour and a half wait! I explained to the associate what I was told previously, and there was no apologies for miscommunication, just a repeat of I'll put you back in line. I guess that is the last time I leave and come back per their request. I'll just sit in their overcrowded waiting room and take up space when they are at their busiest. Marcus might be tired from a long day, but needs a lesson in customer service. I drove 30 minutes and back so that my tire wasn't a hot priority, and others could take that time. I certainly didn't appreciate the the go to the back of the line attitude! Fortunately, Stephen swooped in and I was able to leave in a half an hour. On a positive note, they did honor the warranty that I purchased when I originally bought the tires.

This location is my "go to" place for tires and wheel rims. Even when I come in for road hazard tire replacement, fix a flat, or just get air, they treat you with friendly, professional, knowledgeable and accurate service. Also, their pricing is very competitive. I've been a repeat and satisfied customer now for 6+ years!

Free tire repairs if you buy your tires here. However, you will wait over an hour even after you had an appt! You will watch them sell tires to others and offer to get them on within next hr or two while you still wait (long after your appt) for your car to go back for repair bc they already made their money off you.
