Excellent place to do business, I stopped in to see if they could do an inspection of my brakes. They had to move a couple of cars out to get my vehicle in, then pull the wheels off to look at the brake pads. He came to the waiting room and asked me to come out to the shop and he showed me that my brakes were still in good shape . I asked him what I owed him for the inspection because they spent 20 minutes doing it and to my surprise he said no charge. I had to politely ask him how I could pay for his time because its worth something. He said buy the boys a coke. I gave him money for Pizza because there are not many businesses out there, that would do that for free. I know that if I'm in the area again and need maintenance on my vehicle they will be the ones doing it.

Great place to get your car worked on. They will work with customers parts (just pay labor of course). If you bring it, they work it. I would come here to get my car worked on anyday. (edited review) The owner/manager Bob has left at the end of last year. Since then the staff has been gutted and replaced from the other crew that was originally there. I took my car in to get it inspected, but I already scanned and saw where I was having a leak. The guy took me out into the shop and basically ignored my first inquiry so I had to guide him. Then I made my appointment at a certain time, dropped the car off, and went home. The next day I didn't hear anything so I called to check on the car (which by now was about 5-6hrs past the appointment time). They hadn't even touched the car the whole day. But prior to that when I was setting up my appointment the guy at the front desk acted like he couldn't find the service required so I was stressing that they were going to charge me wayy more than it actually takes to do the job. I had to then make emergency plans to get a ride to work as it went days over the agreed time. I wouldn't recommend anyone to take their car here anymore and actually would advise to steer clear. When Bob was in charge the customer was priority, and was done with the highest quality. The new management just does whatever they want.

Today I took a vehicle to get inspected here before I purchased it. It was a great looking vehicle, the dealer had worked hard to cover the problems but thankfully the mechanic knew what to look for and saved me so much money on a vehicle that wasn’t worth but $500. They had taken the time to point out the spots where the dealers tried to hide the problems. Rich had amazing customer service throughout the whole thing. Highly recommend.

While visiting out of state my muffler pipe broke and needed repair. The response I received from them was of an unexpectedly helpiful nature. They gave me several solutions and price guotes to consider for my 1996 Honda Accord. Their response and business practice, while servicing me , reflected caring, competence, and affordability. In these times it was a welcome encounter.

Recently had my daughter's Jeep patriot repaired here. So impressed that the mechanic persevered, followed the electrical lines and finally found the ground that was damaged! Now her left turn signal works great! Had them install a new battery as well. Price was very reasonable, thank you so much!

We were in a pinch, 32 year old car, exhaust broken in two places. Parts unavailable but they got it welded up anyway, and got us on the road quick. Fast friendly service.

Fixed our truck with a solenoid. But it had to be redone for free, bc the new solenoid had a missing gasket causing an oil leak. And had to take it back with for a replacement of a new one. But the mechanics were honest as to what happened. It was a scary thing bc we'd just bought the truck and the part was defective, but it did work out.
