Larry H. Miller Nissan Mesa Parts Department Introduce

For local users in Mesa, Arizona, seeking genuine Nissan auto parts, the Larry H. Miller Nissan Mesa Parts Department, located at 2025 Riverview Auto Dr #200, Mesa, AZ 85201, USA, functions as a key supplier within the Auto Repair Stations category, providing original equipment manufacturer (OEM) components for Nissan vehicles. As part of a larger Nissan dealership, the Parts Department is specifically focused on supplying the necessary parts for maintenance, repair, and customization of Nissan cars, trucks, and SUVs.

The environment of the Larry H. Miller Nissan Mesa Parts Department is likely integrated within the broader Larry H. Miller Nissan Mesa dealership. This typically includes a parts counter where customers, both individual vehicle owners and professional mechanics, can inquire about and order specific Nissan parts. Behind the counter, there would be a warehouse or storage facility housing a vast inventory of Nissan components, ranging from common maintenance items like filters and brake pads to more specialized parts such as engine and transmission components, electrical parts, and body panels. Being part of a dealership, they have direct access to the Nissan parts catalog and ordering system, ensuring the availability of genuine OEM parts. The overall environment would be professional and geared towards efficiently fulfilling parts requests and supporting the service operations of the dealership itself, as well as serving retail customers.

The primary service offered by the Larry H. Miller Nissan Mesa Parts Department is the sale of genuine Nissan auto parts. This includes a comprehensive range of components designed and manufactured specifically for Nissan vehicles, ensuring proper fit, function, and adherence to the manufacturer's standards. They cater to a diverse clientele, including Nissan owners looking for replacement parts for their vehicles, independent auto repair shops specializing in Nissan service, and the dealership's own service technicians. Their services extend beyond simply selling parts; they also provide expertise in identifying the correct parts based on vehicle identification numbers (VIN) and specific needs, offer parts lookup through electronic catalogs, and facilitate ordering parts that may not be immediately in stock. As part of a dealership, they can also provide information on parts warranties and potentially assist with warranty claims related to parts they sell. While the customer reviews primarily focus on the vehicle sales and service experience at the dealership, the existence of a dedicated Parts Department implies their role in supplying the necessary components for any repairs or maintenance performed, whether under warranty or otherwise.

Several features are characteristic of a dealership-based auto parts department like the Larry H. Miller Nissan Mesa Parts Department. A key feature is their access to and inventory of genuine OEM Nissan parts, which are often preferred for their guaranteed compatibility and quality. They have knowledgeable staff who are trained to identify Nissan parts accurately, ensuring customers get the correct components for their specific vehicle model and year. Their integration with the dealership's service department allows for seamless coordination between parts supply and vehicle repair. They typically have efficient ordering systems to procure parts not currently in stock, although the timeframe for special orders can vary. Being part of a reputable dealership like Larry H. Miller suggests a level of professionalism and accountability, although the customer reviews indicate that the overall experience can be inconsistent. The potential for warranty support on genuine Nissan parts purchased through the department is another feature. However, it's important to note that the provided reviews do not directly address the parts department's service specifically, but rather the broader sales and service experiences at the dealership, which have been met with significant dissatisfaction by at least one customer.

Currently, the provided information does not contain any specific promotional offers from the Larry H. Miller Nissan Mesa Parts Department. Auto parts departments within dealerships sometimes offer promotions on specific parts, such as discounts on maintenance items or seasonal specials on accessories. Customers interested in potential promotions should contact the Parts Department directly to inquire about any current offers. Dealerships may also have loyalty programs or offer discounts to returning customers or local repair shops. Given the negative feedback in the customer reviews regarding the sales and service aspects of the dealership, any promotional efforts by the Parts Department would ideally be coupled with a renewed focus on customer satisfaction and transparent communication across all departments. Highlighting the benefits of using genuine OEM Nissan parts and the expertise of their parts specialists could be a key element of their outreach to local Nissan owners and repair professionals.

In conclusion, the Larry H. Miller Nissan Mesa Parts Department, located within the Nissan dealership in Mesa, AZ, serves as a supplier of genuine OEM Nissan auto parts within the Auto Repair Stations category. While the provided customer reviews focus on the vehicle sales and service experiences at the dealership and include significant negative feedback, the existence of a dedicated parts department suggests a commitment to providing the necessary components for Nissan vehicle maintenance and repair. Local users seeking authentic Nissan parts can likely find a comprehensive inventory and knowledgeable staff at this location. However, potential customers may want to consider the broader customer service context of the dealership as reflected in the available reviews when deciding to source parts from this establishment.

Larry H. Miller Nissan Mesa Parts Department Customer Reviews

Update: 4 Stars 12/3/24: So this whole situation was horrible, but Keith, you are an awesome GM. We thought we were just getting a package for a lower amount, but we were pleased to find a letter in the mail today with giving us a package of up to 100,000 miles! This is outstanding sir, thank you!!! Update 3 stars on 11/29/24: After I posted the review below, the dealerships general manager replied, and I was able to connect with him. Keith was very professional and truly cared about our experience and was able to provide our family with a generous offer to try and point things in a more positive direction. I am hopeful that Keith will continue to improve this dealership, and my family appreciates his generosity and professionalism. Thank you again, Keith. Original Post 1 star:The initial meeting and sale of the vehicle with James Coopla was excellent. My family and I walked away with what we thought was a working 2020 white Nissan pathfinder. About 30 days after purchasing this vehicle, we began to experience electrical problems, issues with the vehicle starting, and just some things that were odd for a vehicle priced at over 20,000.00$. We took the vehicle into the dealership more than 6 times total and only had that vehicle from the end of May 2024 to October 2024. Jason, our contact in the service department is phenomenal, but the sales department, SHAME ON YOU! There was a rats nest of an aftermarket alarm system that fried the electrical components! The car sensors in the front were bad, causing it to short out and display warnings on our screen. The system was so messed up that when we drove it up north, it said we were in a collision, and then it beeped for 2 hours on our way home. We took it in only to find out that the warranty did not cover the replacement of the sensors because it looked like we had an accident (it looked like this when we bought it) in the front, which we did not have and had proof. They knew they shouldn't have sold that vehicle to anyone, and they did not make it right! They even told us they would not sell this vehicle to anyone else and stated it would be going to the auction. Instead of eating the cost and putting us in a working vehicle, they traded us up into a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder, costing us more points on our credit and elevating our payment by almost 200$ more. We took the vehicle on a test drive and made sure there was nothing wrong. After we signed the paperwork, they brought the car to the back. We walked out and started it up and heard a noise, which we immediately brought to Anthony's attention (the sales manager), even the nice salesman Thomas heard it. Anthony stated that it was not a safety issue and was cosmetic and would cost us around 800$ for them to fix it and stated that it wasn't covered by the power train warranty. We took it to another dealership and it was covered by the warranty. We have had this vehicle for 3wks and had to yet again have another vehicle serviced !! The BEARING GASKET, THE EXHAUST TUBE, BEARING SEAL, & THE FRONT EXHAUST all had to be replaced today, I mean come ON! A $2000 dollar job that you missed and did not fix before selling it! We are now upside down because Larry Miller Nissan decided to sell us not one but 2 broken vehicles in less than 6 months! What is the matter with you guys!!! There are families just trying to make it to and from work. We have a large family and care for kiddos with special needs. SHAME ON LARRY MILLER NISSAN MESA!
