Beautiful store and great customer service. I didn't buy my Prius there but I did need a part. Just a minor thing for my 2010 (only 138K) but Wes ordered it for me and they had it for me the next morning! When I arrived to pick up the part I was greeted very nicely by no less than four people! And the door was opened for me. I wasn't hassled by anybody. I was left to go where I needed to go, the parts department. Oh and I HAVE to mention the scent of the place. The smell inside was wonderful. They must have that scent in the air conditioning and whatever it is, it smells great.

They gave me my car in unacceptable conditioned …. Black fingerprints all over my light gray seats??? (More noticeable in person) this is disgusting!!! Felt like I was getting my car from the cheapest shop ever! They need to leave the car as clean as they found it. I don’t like to be cleaning up after people messes.!

They have great costumer service here. 2tvx w sofas for the waiting area, coffee, everybody asks you if you are doing ok, if you need water if they can get you anything everyone says hi, there is a small basketball court to use while waiting. I couldn't go home and drop off my small dog they were very understanding someone even got her treats i waited for 1.5hrs and didn't even cared everyone was super nice. Price was the same as the place where i used to take my car so that is a plus. I will be back.

By Appointment: Oil change and tire rotation took from 10:15am to 2:00pm. Will not be bringing my cars to this service department again.
