SERVICE AFTER THE SALE IS Great at this branch I'm at Dobson Walmart trying to exchange a battery. These guys ran a test with a portable tester, and now, with the one in the picture. Service after the SALE is Excellent at Dobson Walmart It's coming back good battery after I was told it needed to be exchanged in last night's debacle at Walmart at Bethany home rd store. They exchanged my battery for a new one.

We made an appointment for 8am, paid in advance and everything for a basic oil change and a tire replacement. 4hrs later we’re still at Walmart?! We watched our vehicle literally just sit for over 2 hours. What was the point of making the appointment if we still had to be stranded for half the day for a service that easily could’ve been completed in 60minutes or less? Absolutely terrible. 0/10 and they should be embarrassed.

The headlight restoration was absolutely amazing. I’m not giving them a five stars because it took 4 hours on a Monday (including waiting before they started working on my car) to get oil, battery, and headlight restoration done.

The service was quick and affordable, but the mishandling of my keys lead to my property being returned damaged. May seem small, but it’s mine. And it wasn’t given to the workers like this prior to their service

I recently had a terrible experience at the Walmart Auto Center. I purchased two tires online and scheduled an appointment to have them installed. When I arrived, a man approached my vehicle, and I informed him of my appointment. He didn’t seem to care, and another employee came over. In front of me, they sarcastically asked each other, “Hey, do we have anyone that puts tires on here?” before walking away. When one of them finally came back to assist me, the other returned just to inform me that I was late and they were canceling my appointment and I would now be considered a walk-in. I told him it didn’t matter because I intended to just drop my car off, but he responded with another smart remark and I told him I do not appreciate his attitude and he walked away. As I handed over my keys, I could hear him mocking me behind my back. The level of unprofessionalism was shocking, and it got worse when I went inside to speak to a manager. The woman working there immediately guessed the names of both men based on my description of their behavior, which clearly shows this isn’t the first time they’ve had complaints about these two, Santiago and Matthew. If you work in customer service, you should know how to treat customers respectfully. Judging by the numerous negative reviews of this location, they’re failing miserably at one of the most basic aspects of running a business. Absolutely unacceptable.
