I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided to my mother here at Larry H Miller Nissan Service Dept. She's brought her vehicle in multiple times due to a gas smell, but your technicians were unable to replicate the problem and sent her away. This occurred while her warranty was still active. Now that her warranty has expired, they have finally identified a leak that has cost approximately $2,000 to repair. This situation could have been avoided if proper attention had been given to diagnosing and fixing the issue when she first reported it. As a result, I will be filing a claim with the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission if we can't rectify this situation and come to an appropriate resolution to make things right! Additionally, I would like to inform current and prospective buyers that any extended warranties, GAP insurance, or Tire and Wheel Contracts are fully cancellable. To cancel, simply call the number listed on your contracts to request a cancellation. You will receive a percentage refund based on the mileage driven and the duration of vehicle ownership. As an expert in auto lending, I consistently raise these concerns with senior management to prevent similar issues from arising in the future. This is especially important when funding loans where consumers may struggle to fully utilize their warranties, as it can result in financial challenges for them.

Had a new vehicle in for some minor tweeks . I heard that Service Advisor Jason Thatcher was fantastic. 100% accurate. Fast, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I will be using Mr. Thatcher for service needs and routine maintenance moving forward . Without going into too much detail íll say that I would not do business here. And to be honest I don't think I'll get a Nissan again. They really made it clear that unless your going to buy from them don't come to them for nothing. Not even if you call ahead to make them aware of the situation and they assure you they are the answer . Don't care what it costs to tow it across town, They are not going to lift a finger and won't thi k twice to tell you they aren't gonna service it. Another thing I will say if you happen to have a recall don't bet on them fixing it either . They told me ™yeAh we will handle the recall for you too> as I made my appointment" then it was ,' hey sir your vehicle was made way back in 08 Nissan doesn't even make parts for it anymore so we're gonna decline to service it " Me: ' uhm well can you at least unlock the steering wheel for me " uh no unfortunately not" Me ' Did you at least do the recall fix ? " Nope , unfortunately you'll need to come tow your POS outta here..." Very lame , Very easy to see through the b.s .but to be honest not the end of the world. .It was unexpected as this service dept came highly recommended by very respected local shop, (Even they were embarrassed by the events and will hopefully think a little more on who they do reffere
