Called to make an appointment, showed up 10 minutes early and waited until around 1105 (5 minutes after appointment). From the moment I entered customer service was rude to me, giving me weird looks. At this point I was finally told they won't make a copy of my key and that I have to buy one from them for over $100, after being told over the phone they could make a copy. Stay away from this place, they are dishonest and this feels like a rip off to me.
