Brought my new highlander in for its first oil change, tech was very friendly and personable. Asked me if I was happy with my purchase and if I was hanging any issues with any features. Arrived at 10:30 for apt and was out by 11:10! Even included a car wash which I didn’t not expect! We will back for every maintenance need!

They're always fast and polite. I have gotten mixed into before that has ended up costing me more (on service packages) and recently the need for brakes (confusing info), prices are reasonable.

When I called to make the appointment the person on the phone was quite short and a little rude. I find spartan Toyota’s service department tend to be rude on the phone and just hang up on you. All of that has consistently happened to me in the past making me feel like they don’t have time for me. Although Micheal made up for is with his outstanding customer service when I showed up for my appointment.
