Terrible experience. This shop takes forever to get anything done. I’ve been waiting way too long, and there’s barely any communication or updates. If you need your car back in a reasonable time, look elsewhere

This place is incredibly slow! Our car has been there for over 2 and a half months, and they still can’t get it fixed. Terrible service, never coming back again!

This company is fantastic. Anthony has been great communicating with the status of repairing the vehicle. Everyone was courteous , polite and very professional. They were concerned and showed a great deal of empathy. I recommend this company for towing accidents.Anything to move your vehicle from one place to another. And they are very honest.

Held my car hostage and refused to tow it to where the insurance paid them to. Then are trying to charge $3200. Horrible lot of criminals. Leeches on society

They only got my car for 3 days and they stole my wheels and everything i got inside the car ..even my religion stuff!! After they insurance pick up my car and i went to pick up my personal stuff i was gone.

One of the worst repair experiences I’ve ever had. I brought my G82 BMW M4 to KOVE Autobody for insurance-covered repairs, and the results were completely unacceptable. They returned my car with random spots on the paint, failed to install the correct brake pads, and left the bumper misaligned, making it visibly lopsided. For a shop that claims to specialize in high-end vehicles, this was beyond disappointing. Not only was the workmanship poor, but the service was just as bad—they rarely picked up the phone, gave vague updates (if any), and the entire process took over two months, far longer than reasonable. If you care about your car and want it repaired correctly, do not bring it here. This was an incredibly frustrating and costly experience, and I would not recommend KOVE Autobody to anyone.

Went to Love Autobody to have pictures taken of my SUV due to a change in insurance coverage. I arrived early and was taken care of right away. Excellent service and was out in ten minutes.
