Be very careful here, they're not looking out for your best interest. They told us we needed to put down $2K more to reduce our car payment, and then used the $2K to add a car warranty we did not ask for. Then told use it would take 2 months to process refund. We're in our 5th month and still no refund. Now we're seeing more reviews similar to ours, pertaining to KDK Mitsubishi. Don't chance it.

I bought a car from KDK back in July and although there were many issues with it they have stood by the repairs and paid for them even when they did not have to. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. Outstanding company to work with and fair on price as well!

Absolutely the WORST customer service. We put a down payment on a vehicle and let them know we would be back and they sold the car out from under us. Absolutely do not recommend buying a vehicle from here. Manager would not even come out to speak with us. Highly recommend you stay away from here.

Customer service is non existent. I had a 10 am appointment that was supposed to take 1-1 1/2 hours. I was called at 10 to say they were pulling in my car. I went to pick up my car at 4 and it hadn’t even been started. No one called me. All I got was a “sorry” as I was handed my keys.
