Gerber Collision went above and beyond with their repair work. I dropped my car off the same day I was rear-ended and got it back sooner than expected. I hope this never happens again, but if it does, I wouldn't trust any other shop!

I want to share my wonderful experience working with Gerber Collision, and specifically thank Sarah, the General Manager, for her outstanding efforts in assisting me throughout the entire process. I’m insured with Allstate, and like many insurers, they often use aftermarket parts for repairs. In my case, they replaced a wheel with an aftermarket part, which I wasn’t entirely opposed to, but the wheel didn’t match my vehicle. Sarah was incredibly gracious and professional in helping me get this issue resolved. She worked diligently to get approval from the insurance provider for an OEM wheel, and once we received the approval, the team at Gerber quickly installed the new wheel as soon as it arrived. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone who needs vehicle repairs. They are a complete pleasure to work with, fully professional, and more than willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you again, Sarah, and the entire Gerber team for making this process as smooth as possible!

I can't express enough how perfect my experience with Gerber Collision was. My door was damaged by a hit and run. Eventually, cameras and perseverance caught the person and insurance paid the claim. Jackie, at the front desk, was very knowledgeable and personable. My car was complete and it looks like noting ever happened!!! Thank you so much Gerber Collision! I will recommend you to everyone.

Took my truck in for some random bodywork damage that needed to be done, not an insurance claim. The truck was completed 2 days early and looked better than I expected. Employees are very nice and I was kept up to date on the process through text messages. The cost was also much less expensive than another body shop in the area. I know where to go next time.

They have fixed my car on two occasions flawlessly. First time they went above and beyond and filled two holes in the front bumper that were drilled by the dealership to mount a front plate, at no extra charge. Jackie helped me get a rental on the spot the second time which helped a lot. Great shop highly recommended.
