I have an older car that has to sit in the driveway where creatures seem to like to live. They chewed through a sensor wire. American Tire not only repaired the wire, but on a test drive took our car to echeck realizing we could not update our registration without echeck clearance. What a thoughtful staff!

10 years ago I took one of my cars here to get fixed. Chris called me and told me it wasn't worth fixing and it was a "death trap." I have much respect for him because he could of easily kept repairing things and making money off me but he didn't. It's now 2024 and my uncle just went here to get his brakes done. They did a excellent job and they charged him a honest a fair price. Glad to see they are still doing good things 10 years later.

If I could give Tire America a “0” I would do it. I have gone there for many years, just a few problems, nothing major. On Jan. 1. 2024 I took my Ford Edge in for a brake job. The peddle was low and I had to wait a week in order to get the vehicle in. They had it early morning and by about 10:00 AM, I received a call from Chris, the owner, to inform me that I needed a complete front brake job. He couldn’t get the parts that day and he had to order them. He didn’t know when they would come in. He estimated the cost of just over $700 plus tax and it would take 3.5 hours to do. I asked him if he would get the parts the next day. He said he didn’t know. The next day he called later that day and said that the car was done. He sent someone to pick me up for I had no transportation to get the vehicle. When I got there, Chris was gone, I know he didn’t want to face me and the bill came to $814! The bill had no brake down of what was done, no cost of what the part were and now the labor time was for 8 hours instead of 3.5. Mind you for a front brake job!! Chris has been billing higher and higher prices and I have decided I am finished with him. All I want to say is be careful!!!

One of the last truly honest shops out there. I will not take my car anywhere else. They are not out to get rich off of every single customer, they are there to help and make your life easier. Truly cannot say enough good things about them. I always deal with Chris and if your car does not need certain work done, he will tell you that you can hold off rather than just charging you.
