Typically i am very very satisfied with the service when i come here for a project i get myself into. Tonight I was left stranded. I had to buy a Serpentine belt for a car that was broke down on the side of the road, not only did they give me the wrong belt, but when I went back to return it and get a different one, the lady on the phone who i believe is a higher up was extremely out of this world rude, yelled into the phone, and would not let me back in although i made it a good 5 minutes before close, so I had to go miles and miles away for a damn belt while that car was just sitting broken down. I'm extremely disappointed and just straight up- sad to see what some of the staff have turned into. The only real good people there anymore are mostly morning people like Paul, Paul is a amazing guy. I don't usually leave reviews but tonight's service was just straight up sad.

As a first time driver, I had no idea what new windshield wipers to get or what to do once I bought them. Mary H was so kind and helpful, she helped guide me to the right product and even went so far as to show me how to change them and replace them! She was extremely helpful, kind and went above and beyond. Thank you, Mary!

extremely rude employees. car battery stopped working in this cold weather so we had to get a replacement and every single employee was acting like we asked them to kill their cat or something lol. i’m not one to write reviews and always try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but this might have been the worst customer service experience in my life.
