CUSTOMER'S TIME IS NOT VALUED HERE. I had an appointment scheduled at 11:00am for tire mounting and alignment. TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATER (after I was only told an hour and a half) and I am still waiting to be put in the alignment bay. Someone came in for an appointment at 1:00pm and was then put on the alignment bay before I was. Spoke with one of the mechanics and they explained how the managers are new. One manager was complaining about customers after they leave with other customers still in the waiting room. Several other people came in after me stating they had appointments scheduled and were told a specific time frame as well. After the time frame has passed, their cars have yet to be taken back in the bays. How are walk-ins receiving priority over scheduled appointments? Will not be coming back to this location and do not recommend others using this location either. ----------- UPDATE Upon payment we were offered a discount when leaving. The service manager seemed genuinely upset with our experience. After seeing my post, I was also contacted by Conrad's distribution manager who asked how they could make their service up to us. I told them how we are still looking to get a oil change in the future. We were offered a free oil change. Will give Conrad's another try for an oil change and see where to go from there.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received. I was charged over 90 dollars for a simple oil change for 100% synthetic oil, which my car did NOT need and this was NOT overviewed beforehand. When asked what option I wanted, I pointed on the counter for the 35/36 dollar option. On top of that, the car was returned to me with low air pressure. I most definitely will not be returning to this company nor will anyone else I know.

Took car in for check engine light. Spent a lot of money on a timing issue and check engine came back on. Spent more money and light came on and after that was told new engine was the solution. Took it to a dealership and was told engine was out of time and needed a tensioner as well as a phaser. Car runs fine now. Terrible place to take your car for repair. Took my money and didn’t even fix the problem also told me being a quart low on oil could’ve caused the engine to be out of time. They deserve zero stars. Never again.

Brought my son's 2009 Honda Civic to check on a transmission leak.Was told It could be fixed for $390 and stop the leak.Had them perform the work. The next day noticed drops on my pavement.Took it back to them they put it back on a lift and said it needed more work now$2400.They completely ripped me of for the $390 and fixed nothing Will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.Beware of this location in Brunswick. As a follow up to my review Conrad's response was a representative will reach out to you.No one reached out to me.This is most likely the standard response they send.Such dishonest front desk employees. Will be contacting the BBB in the morning

Phoned in, got in same day for a front and rear dif fluid change and two leaking pinion seals on my Tahoe. They were courteous, kind and upfront on pricing and expected wait time as I hung out in the lobby. Store was clean as well. Thanks guys

Every time I have gone in there, they were willing to listen and help with any issue that I may be having with my car, no matter how small it may be. I appreciate their kindness and respect that they show towards their customers.
