Katz Tires

After a bad experience at another well known wheel and tire place I was skeptical about trying again but I decided to contact Katz. I went inside and was greeted by Mario. Super friendly, knowledgeable, far from pushy or salesy. He recommended me wheels and tires and explained to me why he recommended them. He and some other workers got right to work and finished up in less than a half hour. I was in and out and very happy with my purchase. Mario is absolutely the man to talk too.

Excellent shop!! Called in the morning and stopped by a few hours later and got quick, friendly service! Quick to replace four tires and excellent, transparent customer service! Appreciated the optional warranty. Definitely would recommend! A+

Mario especially, and also all of the other employees, were very hard working, and thorough with everything. The entire time they were prompt, and so very polite. Not only with me, but with everyone that I noticed them interacting with. This place is true professionalism, at it's finest. I'm very happy that I did business here for the first time. I'm going to be a true customer from now on, and I'll be recommending Katz to everyone I know. Thank you.

Customer service was phenomenal! There was a small inventory mix up, and the Tires I needed weren't in when I arrived. They went above and beyond to grab the tires from another location so that they could be put on the same day. They have definitely created a loyal customer. The tires were also a great deal. Today, my son experienced a significant drop in tire pressure while driving for his job. He stopped at two local tire shops, both of which were friendly but unable to assist him for several hours. Eventually, he was able to reach Katz Tire Shop, where he received a warm welcome and prompt service. They quickly plugged his tire and had him back on the road in under ten minutes. Based on this positive experience and the exceptional treatment he received, I highly recommend Katz Tire Shop for all tire-related needs.

Earthly angels to my rescue! I was on my way to an important event and had a flat. Zach, Abdul, and Mario were so respectful, helpful and efficient to assist me with my air leak so I wouldn't miss my important prayer breakfast. Customer Service Excellence! I highly recommend.
