Spitzer Kia West Service

From the moment I pulled into the service department, I was greeted by Belinda Frost. I have never had an issue when I've brought my cars I've had in for a Oil Change. She is a very patient and caring person. She comes to find you to give you an update on what is going. She then gives you the status of your vehicle step by step, like you tire tread, brakes and so on and so forth. She makes you feel very welcoming. I've truly enjoy her work ethics. Very satisfied customer here. Enjoy all of the people at Kia!! They all make you feel welcomed!!

My first time getting serviced at Kia was very confusing and not so great at first. I was met by Belinda who gave zero information of what I was supposed to be doing. I was very frustrated. I was unaware I was supposed to stay in my car and she seemed annoyed that I didn't know this. (again this is my first time here I had no idea which I told her) She was frantically helping other people and kind of left me standing there awkwardly for awhile.. I explained I had a trip to go on and asked if I could leave the car overnight. She told me "I wouldn't do that" thus I would have to wait with my car for 2+ hours. While standing there awkwardly Ariella Cancel came up to me and asked if I had been helped yet. She was so kind and sweet and truly turned my negative experience around. She got me in and out AND let me keep my car there overnight! I was so grateful for her help. Belinda even came up to her rushing her to get my keys when she had JUST started checking me in. I don't ever wanna work with that lady again.

When you go here, make sure you ask for Mary! Mary really understood what I was looking for in my next car and helped me make the process seamless. I don't know a lot about cars, so going to a dealer is always stressful for me. Mary and her team definitely changed my perspective on going to car dealers.

I came for scheduled oil change service and was greeted promptly and kindly by Ariella Cancel. She checked me in quickly and assured me that my wait would not be long in spite of how many cars were ahead of me. I sat in the showroom and was able to visit with Mate Tomas, my salesperson, and passed the time very pleasantly. In less than 90 minutes, Ariella came in and told me that my car was ready. She delivered it washed and cleaned inside and out right to the door. In all, I am very satisfied with my service and wait time.

Went to Spitzer Kia West to have my oil changed. I like going to Spitzer Kia because they do a safety inspection every oil change and advise me of any maintenance that is required. Randy Maggio was my service advisor. He was very friendly. He reviewed my vehicle service history and advised a tire rotation. He also reviewed my invoice upon service completion to review the results of the safety inspection and work completed during my visit. I always feel very confident that the work is completed properly. Thank you!

I take all 3 of my cars here for service and have such great experience. Randy Maggio is the person I call for all my car needs and appointments. He is great at getting me in when I need. Also keeps me up dated on the progress of my car. He is so knowledgeable and all around a great service person. Everyone at Spitzer are amazing. I will go back for all my car needs.

Had a seamless service visit to this dealership recently - I had a tire with a puncture in it and needed to have the tire evaluated for patching or replacement. Richard Montague and the team were able to get me in the same morning, review the tire and get things addressed quickly and easily.

I’m giving 5 stars because Belinda was fantastic when I dropped my car off for my new car inspection! So she deserves each of those stars. BUT when I got back home after my appointment I had notice the trunk area of my car had scratches on it, which I assume was from the car wash that they gave, as I had only had the car for 1 week at that point and had not taken it anywhere yet, so that was very disappointing.
