Rebuilt my Hummer H3 transmission and definitely exceeded expectation with turn around time. Had an issue with a part, and they corrected it immediately. No complaints here. It's driving great now. Thanks guys!

I recommend Transmissions by Bruce if you need transmission work done. The owner was always available when I called and kept me informed on my transmission replacement. I saved over a thousand bucks over any other place and these guys know transmissions. I had one issue after the replacement (not to say they did anything wrong) and they fixed is for nothing. 2 years later: Transmissions still works great

he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and turned me in the right direction. As a female looking for electrical automotive repairs, , I appreciate the honest advice and I kinda can’t wait to have transmission repairs so I can bring my car to Mr. Bruce. It is not easy to find an honest mechanic that isn’t trying to take advantage of every situation. This shop is straight up.

My transmission was supposed to be rebuilt but owner had some story about having to install a rebuilt transmission. It lasted a few months and a few thousand miles past the warranty. Ive NEVER had a shop demand a deposit up front, but now I see why they take the 750, disassemble your car then change what they are going todo. They also left my windows down and my car smelled like a bucket of grease when I got it back. John never even sees the cars, he just does the sales pitch by phone. Avoid this place!

Not excited by difficult jobs. If he doesn't want to do it he starts describing each individual bolt he has to remove to get the job done. Not to say he is unfair but if he doesn't think the job has merit his heart isn't in it. To be fair he bought my vehicle for scrap.

This is the place to be. Affordable and good work last but least you get your car back on time. I had a situation to where my transmission would have cost over 5000 dollars I drive a 2016 ford edge just bought it not even a year ago. My Technician was john and his dad. John made it happen for less. Not even that I had a secondary payment to help me out he made sure they paid there half and more cause I needed my car. I am a satisfied customer.
