Top notch auto shop. Always changed my own brakes and pads. I’m retired now and didn’t want to crawl around the garage floor and beat on rusty rotors. Price was best of three quotes. “Paul” called me and informed me that the front brakes still had 60% pad remaining and looked good so we only changed the back (20% pad life left). Technicians are truly good at what they do. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and HONEST. This place saved me money and they ROCK! Very satisfied with Kaiser.

Stopped in to meet the group and possibly find a new provider for my vehicles maintenance. Found them all to be friendly, experienced and knowledgeable and were able to get the vehicle. I was driving in for immediate attention and scheduled my family vehicle for the following day.. I am very happy with the results and will post again once they have finished the proposed work on the second vehicle.

For me, they were not the right shop. They might be for you; Their diagnostic services are tremendous …And they are spot on! If you have a difficult to diagnose problem on an expensive vehicle they will explain to you exactly what is required. Their work is warranted, and worth every penny. Their prices are much better than the dealer, and their experience and expertise are real! Do not bring them a 2001 Camry, or you are wasting their time…and your money! They will fix your problem. I recommend them for expert service!

My service advisor Paul was very good. He explained what needed to be done with my vehicle. Once the diagnostic was ran, the needed part was obtained and put on and completed very quickly.The service and shop were both very good.
