Highly recommend Anderson's Automotive to anyone looking for an honest and affordable shop with excellent customer service. My car started having issues shortly after getting it back from the service center at the dealership I purchased the car the from. I decided to go somewhere else as it took the dealership over a month to make repairs, they didn't call me one time during the whole process, treated me poorly when I called them for updates, and priced their labor extremely high. Anderson's had my car for less than 6 hours before they called me with an update. Not only was Anderson's fast, but Rob treated me with respect and kindness. He was willing to work with me on a schedule that fits around my budget for repairs and went above and beyond to lump the work together in a way that kept labor costs to a minimum. If you're like me and not a car expert, not rolling in dough, and need a mechanic shop you can trust, give Anderson's Automotive a shot.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Andersons has gone downhill. I had my girlfriend's car towed here under the impression they would get us a diagnosis and an estimate in a timely fashion... fast forward a month and they didnt even touch it and LIED multiple times about what was going on with the car, The first time i called and ask for an update (after about a week), a technician says "it needs an engine and we are looking for one decently priced so we can give you an estimate." Second time i contacted them i went into the building, week two or three, and talked to Rob, and he told me they havent touched it and havent had time, he said they needed 3-5 days and theyll give us an estimate. Third time my girlfriend contacted them after about a month, furious, asked them what was going on with the car, another technician says "were ordering parts." She proceeds to ask "is it the engine or the turbo thats bad?" The technician replied "oh i dont know," she got mad and hung up. THE FOURTH TIME I CONTACTED THEM, i talked to another tech, he fed me a bunch of bs and excuses saying its a volkswagen making it "harder to work on" and its a big project and they havent had time to work on it. AFTER A MONTH. i finally got it towed somewhere else and they had a diagnostic/quote in less then 48 hours. This place is unethical, they procrastinate, and lie. I wish i was making this up. Avoid at all costs if you want your vehicle back in timely fashion.

Very good business.. very good people... Was very vast and did a good job.. changed my fule pump and everything that gos with it in one day and prices.. not a arm and a leg.. I will go to this place ever time and I say for everyone to go to this shop . Very good..

Guy is very honest and forward about issues with your vehicle. I have taken my car there at least 5 times now and the work is always done well and quickly. Prices are very fair. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Rob is great! This is easily the best mechanic shop around. He's honest and really takes care of his customers. I highly recommend them.
