Went on a Monday during the day for a last minute inspection and an oil change. Looked online and found a $10 off coupon for the oil change. Took about an hour total. Received free car wash via text. Had questions regarding other services that Hoffman’s provides but there was never a cashier in the waiting area unless someone was getting cashed out. The only people in the waiting area were customers. There were at least 4 other people working in the bays doing inspections and I was the only oil change. I was happy with my service and the fact that they got me in and out in an hour. They did forget to put the cover back on the fuse compartment and left it on my dashboard, but I put it back on before I drove away. Other customers were talking and complaining about the time they had spent there and that they were not satisfied with their interactions with the employees taking care of their vehicles and 2 said they would not be going back there. I’ll definitely be back for my free car wash and I wanna find out about exterior car detailing.

Waiting area was clean, the staff inside the bay were very pleasant and gave a lot of information, service was quick, my only "complaint" was the gentleman that cashed me out could have been more friendly. I went to ask about whether the coupon had been applied and all I got out was "hey did he...." (I was going to say "already apply the coupon or do I give it to you") and he said "yup" and pointed to the card machine. This won't deter me from a future visit, just caught me off guard, he probably gets asked a thousand times a day. Overall pleased with service.

These employees walk around acting like they absolutely hate their jobs. Super unfriendly making for a very uncomfortable experience. Will not ever go back, I’d rather get a ticket for an expired inspection than have to deal with these folks again! Fast service is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. Please if you’re reading this & you hate your job so much find something that you enjoy!

After being turned away from the Saratoga Location for them being too busy, I drove to Queensbury and was able to get right in. Dave B was the one who helped get me in and took great care of me. He did a phenomenal job of explaining everything I needed and apologized that I was turned away from the other location. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Dave was very kind and outgoing. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube in Queensbury and if Dave B is there you will be taken care of that’s for sure. Thanks Dave!
