Went for one tire. Left with new wiper blades, inspection for 100$. Didn't charge for inspection or wipers. Super fast, super friendly. Counter guy was personable and had great conversation and before I knew it my car was done. Young guys there and was great to see how well they treat customers. Go here, get fast results for a super fair price. Made my day. Will recommend.

Had a new service tech that has been there for not even a year work on my car. Skipped the very first steps in properly lifting a vehicle with a hydraulic car lift and that is visually inspecting the vehicle’s lift points (there are more than one recommended lift points in a car). The new inexperienced tech put my vehicle on the lift without visually checking the lift points and caused a serious amount of damage to my car that WAS NOT there before it went into the Tire Warehouse’s care and shop. I have pictures showing that there was no damage prior to it entering the shop. Absolutely no one at Tire Warehouse informed me about the damage done to my vehicle let alone take the time to listen to a customer and treat me like I don’t know a thing about vehicles when in fact I went to an ASE certified trade school for automotive technology. Brought my vehicle to the so called “manager” of Tire Warehouse and he didn’t even bother to take a look at the damage and did not take the situation seriously. Not to mention one of the service techs was hitting an electronic cigarette at the front counter very professional what was the flavor by the way? I’m not going to go into detail on how this place is ran by their management let’s just say the McDonald’s down the road is ran better than this place. Also looks like the shop hasn’t seen a renovation since the mid 80’s. I mean honestly just take a look outside the place looks ran down a joke of a tire shops. There’s multiple better tire shops in the area than this place I believe one just opened like 3 months ago? I mean Tire Warehouse has had respectful business in the past but I guess their service is not the way it use to be. My whole family went to this shop but we are just going to go to Warren tire from now on! And the damage to my vehicle could have been easily avoided if the service tech was properly trained on the equipment. Also not to mention when I was inside the actual shop one of the service techs was bringing in a customer car (Jeep that is worth probably $35k-40k) ran over a huge pile of metal on the shop like it was no big deal. Tire Warehouse unfortunately does not care about the customer’s property. Feels like we the customers are just a “quick dollar” to Tire Warehouse.

Made an appointment said how much I wanted to spend on each tire.told them tire size. Went there no tires in that price range actually 100 more and said they didn't even have tires to fit my car they would have to order them. Horrible waste of time.

Joe Perry helped assist with a blown tire from my journey to rock city falls. He was talkative, kind, explained everything extremely well, did the best he could to save me money. My step daughter asked questions and he did not ignore her because she was a kid but explained to her the process. The men in the shop filled up my tire, showed me the leak, and they all worked as a team for the best decision on how to approach. Great team over there! We arrived around 2:30 and it wasn’t too busy. Went to dennys for a quick bite and by the time we got back it was in the parking lot waiting for us. Great experience! 10/10!

I went to the Tire Warehouse to have two tires put on. They were great on the phone and got me in fairly quickly. I parked my car, gave them my keys and waited an hour and a half in the waiting room. When my car was done, I paid them, they handed me my keys and outside I went -- relieved my back tires were put on -- and to my absolute shock, my passenger door (on the driver's side) was smashed in. Of course I ran in and had them come out to look and asked them what happened to my car and their response was "oh, you must have come here that way." I DID NOT. I got gas three minutes before I drove there (gas is on the DRIVER'S SIDE) and paid at the pump (on camera) .. drove past Minogue's (driver's side facing them -- though the Tire Warehouse says they would have seen my passenger side which is not the case. ) I was told, without asking them, that "if their guys had done it, they would have told them and been fired." I was told the smash was dirty so it could not have just happened. FALSE. ( I made sure to take pics instantly -- see below!) I asked them to review their own cameras -- to which they said they don't have any. I drove back there to see -- and they do, but apparently they don't work. (aren't they supposed to for insurance purposes?) I called the Troy store who connected me with the Clifton Park store who owns the Queensbury store who then told me I would get a call from the owner. This happened over a week ago now and I am still waiting on that. I called Queensbury again and was told that I said "What happened to my car -- but that couldn't have happened here." THEY WROTE THAT DOWN. (so I guess in their book that means I must've said it, right?) Now, call me stupid, but why would I go in there and ask them what happened just to tell them that it didn't happen there. The conversation went absolutely nowhere. I was basically painted out to be a liar -- I was not called one directly, but it definitely seemed to be inferred. I was told that they SAW ME PULL IN THAT WAY, among many other things that were UNTRUE. I asked, again, when I would hear from the owner and I was told he has my side of the story -- amazing since I have never spoken to him nor do I even know his name. To replace the door is approximately 1.250 dollars and that does not include it being painted or installed. Sure, my car is older, but it was in decent shape before I had tires put on. I wish I had stayed on the donut. I paid $185 for the tires and what I left with to repair costs far more than what I came to get. So.. getting tires, $185 -- leaving with your car smashed and being treated like you are stupid-- PRICELESS. UPDATE: As you can see, the owner responded to my review -- wanted me to reach out to discuss offline. I did -- THREE TIMES -- and it has been close to two weeks and I have yet to hear a word from him. So, that begs the question, was the response just for show?
