Car was misfiring in the highway so had towed to them. Was at 99k miles so figured would need spark plugs, wires, and coils. Was too busy to do myself so figured i’d give the shop a chance and they ruined the chances of that ever happening again. Said the car would need a fuel pump as well, no big deal since that’s normal at 100k on these vehicles too. Got there a few days later to figure out they had only replaced the fuel pump, and moved the misfiring coil to a different cylinder and still yet to change the spark plugs. Car continued to misfire in which they claimed, the check engine light was from the fuel pump even after misfire codes. Makes me question if the fuel pump was really bad or they just wanted a little extra money. Ended up changing out all 4 spark plugs and replacing the 1 coil that was misfiring after the problem still existed. At that point I feel as if you should’ve just done them all since 100k miles is normal maintenance for a car. Keep in mind the mechanic who was working on the car used a Craftsman Impact wrench to change the spark plugs and coils as well. When I asked if he torqued the coils to spec or just zapped them with his impact he told me i’m a little bi*** because I prefer my stuff fixed properly and not half way. Also managed to jump the curb as they came back from the test drive. Stated “a curb won’t damage a rim.” Seems like has great potential but feel as if should be more about “getting the job done right so it doesn’t have to be done again” rather then “getting the job done to get to the next vehicle.”

I’m a single mama three kids, and they went out their way to make sure my car is always up and running in a timely fashion. I appreciate them more than they even though. Kia lady 😂

Drop my car off with an intermittent ABS speed sensor problem. They actually took the time and pinned it down. Got a little worried because it took them the full day, but unlike most dealerships I’ve dealt with or mechanics still paid the same price they quoted at the beginning of inspection and got okayed for the repair for a price. I was more than happy to pay and was actually kind of shocked for how well of service. They were quick thorough and didn’t keep jacking up the price for difficult diagnostic they definitely found a new repeat customer.

These guys are THE BEST. Fair. Fast. Friendly. And I can't think of another F word to say they really know their stuff. They stand behind their work. They'll even give you a ride home if you are in town. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Great service I had the smart start system installed and the machine malfunctioned. They reimbursed me for the towing and fixed it for free first thing. Thank you for making everything right 5 stars Great job guys
