This is by far the best place to get your car worked on in Jackson County. Very reliable and trustworthy, as the same guys have been here for so long, so you really can trust them. They don't try to pressure or upsell. They tell you what's wrong and give you options and let you choose what you want to do. They are very trustworthy, if they tell me something needs replacing, I KNOW it actually does need to be replaced. Our family highly recommends this place!!! Don't take your car anywhere else! Their prices are right about where everyone else is charging BUT the difference is they know their stuff and arent going to rip you off. They know what they are doing and they are HONEST! Can't recommended them enough!

We've been going here for years.. Tim and Brandon do such an excellent job of taking care of our vehicles, and also, our children's vehicles. They are reliable, thorough, and explain everything. I highly recommend these guys. I can't imagine taking our cars any place else.

While on a trip from out of state, I took my Tesla Model 3 to Tuffy because there was a concerning creaking noise in the front driver suspension and the Tesla service center didn't have an opening for several days. Tuffy inspected my car free of charge and gave me peace of mind that there are no structural problems and it's safe to drive home.

My engine light came on. I drove and older 2013 Chevy Cruz. It was a engine valve that needed to be replaced. They called me to confirm after the diagnostic test. And the repair price was decent enough and it only took them like 3 hrs to finish the job. I appreciate that because no one wants to go thru the hassle of rental cars etc. my car is driving like nothing was ever wrong 💪🏻. Excellent service will definitely recommend them to others!

The waiting room has just been remolded and is very nice with comfortable chairs, clean bathroom, electrical outlets and coffee. There is no wifi though. The service here is great. The guys are super honest and fair with pricing. I mainly get oil changes here but they are very helpful and always have specials on their website. I'd reccomend them to anyone!
