I see some people give negative reviews for this Firestone shop. Some people have unrealistic expectations. Mgr. Kim and Service Advisor Layla are very helpful and do their best for taking care of the vehicles that come to this downtown service center. They are excellent at accommodating short notice needs and getting you the best options for your budget.

I brought my car in this morning for a wheel bearing replacement at a very fair price. I went back at 5pm to pick it up, but the part hadn't arrived yet, so of course, the car had to stay. No biggie! Now, here's the thing; I was going to walk home, it's snowy & icy out, so i bundled up & went to leave. One of the front desk ladies (I can't remember the job title, I'm so sorry!) came outside & said that Kim would happily take me home in her big, safe vehicle if I'd wait 10 minutes. Kim was so sweet & a great conversationalist. I appreciate her a million times over. I didn't think twice about walking, but they didn't want that for me, especially not in the dark, which is insanely kind. Good people show you that they're good & Kim is one of the greatest! I think this will be our new go to spot for auto repairs & such.🩷

The worst bad attitude. The owner Kim is condescending and rude. The disdain in her voice if you tell her you're not ready to do a repair that she has recommended is beyond belief. Not only that but she lied to be about the state my tires were in. After one associate told me they were at the end of their life with no tread left And I indicated that they were 23,000 mi from the end of their warranty. Kim jumped in and said oh no no these tires still have 20 to 30% left. So I left the store and my tires were wobbling so I called back spoke to the same associate and she said well no wonder they're wobbling your tires have no tread left according to your last inspection and I said well I'm confused because Kim just got through telling me there were 20 to 30% left, the associate said yeah I'm confused too! So I brought the vehicle back in. But by that point Kim had determined that I hadn't had all my tire rotations done there at that store and proceeded to very very, extremely rudely say 'well you haven't had your tire rotations done every 5,000 miles, so yeah, your tires ARE at the end of their life, but no we're not going to warranty them.". I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS STORE. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER THERE FOR 10 YEARS BUT I'M DONE. I would rather drive a hundred miles to get to a different Firestone store to have my lifetime breaks and alignments done. I will never deal with that woman again. And I recommend highly that you avoid her as well. Check my other reviews, you'll see that I almost always give extremely high praise to businesses that I review. This one really stands out.

I've been a customer of Firestone for over 30 years. My car has always been serviced correctly every time. When I need a repair, Firestone is the only place that comes to mind for the repair. The staff are amazing!! Alwayssss friendly and professional. Your warranties are phenomenal! But I've never had to bring it back for any repair that has been done. Thank you for all the years of top notch service!! 👏🏽

Terrible service, I brought my car in for an Inspection and tire rotation on a Thursday at 8am for an appointment I set up a week before. I hadn’t heard anything on the status by 3pm so called and was told they were busy and they would call me back in 10 mins. Did not receive a call and called them back after an hour. Told the service was done and I could come pick up my vehicle. When I came to pick up my car, they told me I had to get about $1200 worth of service done on my vehicle for issues with my power steering. I agreed to have them work on it, paid a deposit and set up an appointment Two days later on Saturday. I was told it would take probably 5 to 6 service hours to do on Saturday and I would get the car back by end of day 6pm. Brought my vehicle back Saturday At 8 AM. Saturday I hadn’t heard anything on how it was doing or status so I called around 3:30 PM (7.5 hrs) and was told by one of the service people that it was close to being finished and they would call when finished, Got a ride over to the garage, expecting it to be done soon and the car wasn’t moved from where I parked in the morning. I was told that they had not received the parts yet to fix it. I asked why would you tell me that the car was almost done if this was the case and why were the parts not ordered two days ago when I set up the appointment? How was it going to be done if service hours were 5 - 6? Just not good service or communication with customers in my experience

Took my dually truck in for service for an alignment and they caused about $9,000 worth of damage. They sent us to Tripps to get an estimate for damage and then claimed they didn’t do any damage at all. Kim the manager there is very rude and after back and forth of trying to reach an agreement to fix damage she only agreed to submit claim to fix only a few scratches on my truck when the worst damage is on the bottom caused by some type of lift. If I can give 0 star rating for this place I would. Do not go here for any kind of service. They are untrustworthy and rude!

Took some tires and rims to them to have mounted and balanced not even on the vehicle, brought them in at 11 didn't even have them done until 15 minutes after close, looks like they didn't replace the valve stems and they couldn't even balance the tires, said they couldn't get their weight that clip to the rim to stay on even though that's what it has always had put on it and they couldn't be bothered to wire wheel the rim real fast so glued on weights could stick. I don't care if it's Sunday and their the only people open don't waste your time or money.

Quick and no surprises. We have definitely found our go to place for car repairs. Kim at the front desk was great to deal with. We will be bringing our vehicle back for the repairs the mechanic pointed out and said we're not urgent but would need attention in the future.
