The BEST location hands down! Don’t waste your breathe at Lakeside. Troy location is courteous, ready to help and very informative on what is wrong with the car. Will do their best to work with you on what is most important to fix and will get you in as soon as they possibly can. It’s so hard to find a dealership service center that doesn’t treat you as insignificant but Troy location doesn’t. They made me feel like they cared about my car and it’s troubles. They make you comfortable with spending your money there and I appreciate feeling like leaving it with them it’ll truly be fixed right.

I have been coming to the is Land Rover dealership for 4 years since I purchased my vehicle here. Every experience I had up until this one has been absolutely terrible. I mean really terrible to the point I wasn’t going to lease another vehicle. However, this time was night and day different. From the moment I arrived to when they returned my keys to me, everything was perfect. Joe was thoughtful, clearly outlined a timeline, had a car take me to work, sent me progress updates and videos, informed me when the work was done, sent a car to pick me up, and was very thoughtful with the payment process. Joe was a class act. I informed him of my past experiences and he let me know there was recently a management overhaul. Kudos to the new management team. P.S. I ordered a new Range Rover over a year ago and am still waiting on it. The communication has been poor and frustrating on that front, but that has nothing to do with my service experience.
