I was visiting Omaha on a work trip and I needed an oil change. I was able to pull right in and be on my way in no time. The reviews on here are accurate- the staff is polite, efficient, and up-front about pricing. This is probably the best oil change experience I've ever had.

This is my go-to spot for oil changes! The team here is consistently friendly and provides excellent service. Jason, in particular, does a great job of explaining everything clearly, making the process easy to understand. They’re efficient, professional, and always deliver top-notch results. Highly recommend!

The guys in the shop are always respectful & kind. They don't upsell. I needed a new blinker bulb installed, but they didn't have the right one. They told me if I went &thought one (at an auto parts store) they would install it for me for free. Really enjoy this place!

Out in 20 minutes, but the price on their website does not reflect the price they charge for a full synthetic oil change. I paid 139 and the price on the website says $89 so it’s a little misleading. I feel like if they’re not gonna update their website, they should hold true to the prices advertised

My oil change was fast and the employees were friendly and professional. They didn’t try to upsell me; they did spot my very dirty air filters and asked if I’d like them replaced. I didn’t feel pressured at all to accept. I’ve never had such a great oil change experience and I’ll be coming back for future oil changes!

It was super fast and easy. I didn’t have to get out of my car and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Another plus was I felt the communication was open and respectful which is very important to me. They told me that I needed my engine air filter replaced and I said we could do that ourselves and he said yeah, it’s pretty easy and you can get them on Amazon. So I appreciated the no pressure feedback and helpful information provided. The price was higher than I expected. They said online prices are not accurate. About $90-$120 for full synthetic. But they also explained that they will top off any fluids needed in between oil changes. The location and convenience factors made it worth it to me. Very happy with my experience here overall. I plan to go back.

Usually have great service here- use this location for almost two years. However, my oil light came on 2k miles before it should on my recent oil change. Drove to the location 2 weeks ago 30 mins before close- doors down and lights off. Today I again drove all the way there and arrived at 330- posted close time was 4. While I could see service members the doors on the entrance side where down and after sitting awkwardly a guy came out shaking his head and shooing me away. I rolled down and asked, he said we are closed. I said their posted hours are 4 and this is my second try. He shrugged and said we start shutting down early so we can leave at 4 and walked away. I get it’s a Sunday, but don’t post open hours and have open sign on if you’re not servicing vehicles.

Was meeting someone for lunch at Gorats, and was quite early. Insta-Lube is just down the road a bit and I had time to kill. I was also leaving for a long trip in a couple weeks, so seemed like a good time to get my oil changed anyhow, and try these guys out. All in all, very pleased, although I would not recommend their in house air filters, and I’ll explain why in a bit. Guys were friendly, and studious. You park outside and wait your turn and when you pull in, you stay in your car the whole time. They just deal with the business through your window. They have multiple people floating around. One running a checklist etc., and others are dropping your oil in the pit, while someone else it checking tire pressure, fluids, and filling new oil. Process is quick, and reasonably priced for what you get. The issue I had with my air filter that they replaced wasn’t recognizable right away. On my trip I took, I started getting codes thrown. Catalytic ones, and mass airflow. Didn’t know what was wrong. I would have the codes cleared and they’d return. Called a specialty shop maybe a month after. His first question was… “Did you have your air filter changed shortly before these codes?” I was a bit taken back at what seemed like an odd question, but I answered that I in fact did. He recommended I pull that house filter out and put a high grade one in, and clean the mass airflow off with the spray meant for it. He said that he’s seen many times when a lower quality air filter goes in and it lets too many particulates in and the mass airflow and other sensors will act abnormal. I took his advice, and it’s been more than a month of no codes when the codes were regular before, after that replacement at this shop. So, 5 stars all around, even considering this ghost I had to find, because the shop itself is clean, efficient, and priced fairly. I also don’t believe anyone here would intentionally sell an air filter they knew may cause issues. I’m guessing not all cars would have the same issue as well. I myself just learned that I want a high grade premium filter to save myself codes and issues. All in all, a great shop I’d recommend. I just would not recommend the in house brand air filters.
