Do not go here. I had a bad experience this summer with them. I had an object ricocheted off the road and hit my fuel tank. Fuel tank started leaking gas. Took it to this location before all my gas leaked out. They weren’t able to repair the damage . But were able to get me a used fuel tank. After 1 1/2 weeks my car was shutting down and failing. Took it back. Telling them the issue. They found out that the fuel pump was failing. Asked me if I wanted to buy one with them. I said no. I Went somewhere else. They flushed out my tank of gas and took pictures of the tank. The tank was filthy. In short Omaha car care didn’t clean out the used tank that they got me. And the fuel I put into mixed with everything old from tank. Essentially ruining my fuel pump. So I had to buy a $2,000 fuel pump b/c of laziness. I will never go back to them. Also from time to time. My car sputters . Lastly even though i didn’t get a fuel pump. They still charged me $150 for the diagnostic of the fuel pump. Even though it was a fuel tank related issue. Absolutely disgusting. Do better Jeff and Joe!!

2nd time I've taken my jeep to them. I think they're excellent reasonably priced and honest. They answer all of my questions and I will continue to go there

A great experience. They predicted my cars alignment would be completed in 45 minutes to an hour and they were done in 35 minutes. Friendly staff and fair pricing. My highest praise.

Omaha Car Care did some repairs on my van a couple months ago. Recently, they had reached out about the quality of some of the parts they put on my van. They had me bring in my van and replaced the parts, free of charge. I have always had great customer service here and will continue to use them in the future when I need further repairs.

Great shop with honest people who know their stuff. Joel, James and Jeff have always been great to work with, and are always looking to help save money when possible. Prices are fair and I've always felt like they treated me right. More than once I've heard them say "if this was my car..." - a few that have even ended with "don't spend the money". Can't recommend them enough!

I had a water pump go out in my 04 Chevy Impala and Omaha Car Care took care of it very quickly on October 9th, 2024. I thought I had a good car place to go to close to home. On November 13th I noticed my headlights were not working so the next day I called them and they were able to fit me in. After awhile they came out and said what was wrong with it and gave me an estimate of almost $700 to put in a new dimmer switch. I declined their service and just waited to be able to have help for a cheaper price. Although it was urgent because it would get dark at about 5PM at this time. I offered to pay for the new bulbs that were put in but they declined, which was nice of them. I go back into my car and my front panel is broken and I was not told anything. The panel isn’t even put in the dashboard all the way. I go back in there and ask the front guy about it. He goes back to talk to the guys who looked at my car. He told me that they forgot to relay the message that it was broken in the process. He told me that they would order me a new panel although it might be difficult with an older model car. Although very frustrated, I respected that they “kinda” opened up to the mistake. They told me they would call me when they have a new one in for me. A few weeks go by and I call them to ask for an update on my panel. Was told that they haven’t been able to find one in that same color that’s not broken. Whatever I move on with my life. I gave them almost THREE months to contact me about the panel THEY broke. Well it is now February 9th and I have not heard anything back so I go in the store and ask them for an update. Was told that they ordered two panels but they came in broken and one is on the way. I did not hear from them that these panels even came in. They said they would call me when this one comes in. It has been over 2 weeks since then and I have not heard anything. Very poor service on something that was THEIR fault. I have an older car so obviously the parts will be difficult to find. in order to break this panel they had to not care at all how it was put back in. Very poor customer service, obviously just thinking I would forget about the front panel. Over 3 months and counting to replace this, and no urgency to fix this mistake or try to make it right. I thought I had a good go to car place here in Omaha but I was wrong. Do not go here. It’ll save you money and disrespect. Also - the $700 estimate for the dimmer switch was fixed with a $40 part and 30 minutes.

The team at tgis Omaha Car Care location are awesome. They took care of my Flex quickly and prifessionally, enauring it was safe and good to drive. Always looking to give me a loaner car, when able. Highly recommend them for your auto service needs.
