Had a slightly negative experience today. Car was towed from a private lot (totally my fault). When I called last night the woman that answered seemed in a rush to get off the phone. I asked directly if there would be an extra fee for keeping it overnight as their lot was closed, and she told me "all the information you need will be in the text we send". As they're cash only, I brought exact change for the amount it said in the text. When I got there, however, there was an extra night storage fee that they hadn't mentioned. I had to walk to an ATM since they don't have one. Not a big deal, it just seems unprofessional and dishonest when I directly asked if there would be a fee and they misled me. Otherwise they were fast and cordial. Hopefully just a mistake made and not a typical buisness practice.

Horrible.. they towed my vehicle which I admit was my fault but i called within 20 minutes of them taking it and they said I cannot retrieve it til the morning when they open. So you have time to take it but can’t give it back? I have the money to give them now. I explained I’m supposed to be leaving for work and my medication is in there as well. She said nothing can be done.. why is there a 24 hour service for towing but zero customer service?

Took my friends vehicle as we are supposed to be leaving for work. We explained we would pay extra on top of the $220 and the dispatcher was rude and not helpful. This company should be ashamed of themselves. If you can tow 24 hours then you should release 24 hours so long as you’ve been paid. Cause let’s be honest that’s what this is really about.

They steal my car every week. I make my payments ontime im fully paid up. My plates look alittle off so they wont leave me alone. Ive resorted to parking on the street blocks away from my apartments. How can anyone give a positive review of these people?
