I was really having trouble finding some leaf springs for my vehcile locally. The suspension shop had everything I needed in stock same day! Absolutely loved it. I called and asked for set of leaf springs, shackles, u-bolts, and they had it all. The whole 9 yards. They were informative over the phone, helped me load the stuff up in my truck and sent me on the way. 100% reccomend if you need any heavy duty suspension parts.

Installed my new leaf springs on the 2016 F250. Great work, just took a little extra time, no fault of theirs. Truck rides much better now. Reasonable labor cost. Shop is booked several days out, so be sure to schedule your appointment about a week or so ahead. Pleased with the job they did. They were able to do the job, that another shop could not.

While visiting family in Omaha we had steering on motorhome checked at Universal Steering. They found a bad bushing and sent me over to see Drew at Suspension Shop, Inc. Drew was booked but got me in that afternoon and changed the bushing. Did a great job for a reasonable cost. While getting the part at a Ford dealer in Omaha the parts shop folks spoke highly of Drew.

Used to be good. Now they just don’t care. Took it in because my truck is all over the road. They were happy to charge me for an alignment even though I told them I just had one done at another shop and needed this diagnosed and fixed. Got a shoulder shrug and a bill. My truck is still all over the place. They fixed nothing and didn’t even provide a proper diagnostic. You can decide if this is the level of service you expect. Hope you find it helpful. Personally, I will never return and will steer anyone I know clear of this place in the future. You’ve been warned.
