Work completed- Snow blade on Kubota RTV Pros: --The price for the blade was competitive, especially for an all stainless unit. --Staff was friendly --Received a snow guard at no cost Cons: --Mounting bracket not ordered before our scheduled appointment --We had to call to find out what was going on (or not going on in this case) --Took over a week for one day of work to get done Biggest complaint is how long it took for the work to get done and the lack of initiative to communicate what was going on. For the $200 extra to have it installed, we could have done it ourselves in a more reasonable timespan. Overall, if you aren't in a rush to get your equipment back this is your place. Maybe our experience was one off. If the work would have been completed on our scheduled date I would've given 5 stars.

These guys are great thanks goes out to bob for making arrangements to get my Tommy lift gate repaired as I drove up from Lincoln. thinking it’s going to be a whole day job, they got it done within a couple of hours. When it’s time for a new truck and a new gate I’ll be back

It seems like they genuinely care about their customers and they go above and beyond in their work and customer service. They made sure I was happy with the work that was done and told me. I called a few different places for quotes and was surprised at how much better the prices were at Badger. I know I made the right choice and highly recommend Badger Body!

Great service department! We bought our Snow Dog blade from Badger Body, and they have been great to deal with. They make sure the blade stays in snow ready condition. Thanks again for your help Bob Mello!

This place is a nightmare. Never ever take your vehicles here. I took my trucks in because one had been hit in an accident. I needed Badger body to remove my old plow they had originally installed. The removal took several days to complete. Because after they told me to bring it in, they kept pulling my mechanic off of my vehicle to work on other vehicles. They told me my mechanic was the only one who could preform certain tasks, which my vehicle did not need. So they had him do other vehicles rather than finish mine. Apparently certain people are more important than me? Once my old plow was removed. They waited two weeks before they had space and time to squeeze in my other truck to do the installation. Once they had it they started work, they soon again pulled my mechanic off to work on other jobs. So there my truck sat for 2 weeks with the bumper pulled off and not drivable. I started calling Daily to see when they would finish. Always the same answer, your mechanic started the job but got pulled off to paint other vehicles, mine needed no painting. And in our shop the mechanics refuse to complete each others work. Finally l said l needed my truck asap, this is unacceptable return it to me in a drivable condition. Kevin said he would get some other mechanics to install my bumper asap. This was at 8am, about 4pm they called and said it was finished way earlier they closed in 1 hour was l going to pick it up today. I said it's too late l was in route to work and couldn't possibly get off during there remaining hours they were open today or Saturday. So on Monday l picked up my truck still with no plow. During this nightmare it snowed several times. Of course l had to higher outside contractors to complete my contacts. Once l received my truck it drove okay but they had smashed my engine heater plug behind the bumper and it took me an hour under my truck to locate and free it so l could plug my truck in so the engine fuel did not gel. And l only discovered there mistake after they closed and were safely at home in there little beds. A week later they called to say they could fit me in and finish the job in half a day. Thus began another 2 weeks of calling daily to only here the mechanic was sick today, he was pulled for another job today. Excuse after excuse continued until after 2 weeks they said it was finished they just needed 2 hours 1 to test it and 1 hour to compile my bill. I begged the manger to call me when they were done, he assured me he would. 3 hours later l called and Kevin said he was just about to call me, there was a problem with the installation and it should be completed by 5pm, this was at 11am. They must of tired of jerking me around, as at 5pm they released my truck back to me. But only after paying $1000.00 over their original estimate. Apparently there were many issues with my trucks, all of which they informed me of after they fixed it. They told me my truck was a gallon low on oil(which they changed me for). After explaining how that was impossible, they admitted they may have spilled some. My truck has been burning off excess oil for 2 weeks now, l should of drained it but the dipstick only showed a little over full. When l remove my plow it will not stand on it's own the legs are set too high. The plow remote switch was thrown on the floor of my truck with no catch on the dash to hang it. I installed a new catch myself. When l get time l will adjust my plow legs so my plow can stand on it's own so l can remove detach the plow from my truck. I would never take my truck back to them as they might jerk me around for another 2 weeks or more. After 2 and a half total months total time l have my trucks back and l will never return to badger body. I will however and forever tell anyone who will listen this true story.
